This is much more like an apartment than a hotel room. And it was great value for money! Our room had a separate bedroom, a separate bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, and a kitchenette and living area. Very spacious! And the washing machine and dryer were wonderful as we had just returned from a wet and muddy week in Fiordland.
We arrived after reception closed, but they sent us a message with details of how to access our room key and that worked out perfectly. There were several restaurants within walking distance, including one in the hotel lobby, where we had a very nice breakfast. The airport is also close by, plus rental car companies. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend and stay there again.
