We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed it. Fun happy hours in the downstairs area on front of a fire to warm up. Included Buffett breakfast is a winner. Rooms are modest in size but comfortable. You can easily walk into the centre of Queenstown in 10 minutes. Will be back in the future.

3 1/2 months to go, leave Oct 5 th, so no comment yet! We went to NZ in 2017 for a 3 week RV camping vacation, INCREDIBLE! This trip will also be a RV camping trip, but for 4 weeks! NZ is a beautiful, incredible, clean, friendly, wonderful place to rent an RV and go FREEDOM CAMPING, AS LONG AS YOUR SELF CONTAINED! No car Freedom camping, need to be SELF CONTAINED! aka, A Bathroom!

Great stay thanks. Complex was clean, tidy and we'll run. Staff were friendly and engaging, making the whole experience positive. Really liked the design of the open plan "great" room. Hotel is very central and close to downtown Queenstown.

Location of the hotel is perfect and the place has the best air conditioning with great temperature control. The rooms are well laid out the tidy. This hotel like many have limited staff effected by covid but they are all working hard and very helpful. Great value for money

Rooms weren’t huge, but the bed was and very comfortable with lovely views. It’s quite a new hotel with lovely decor. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good, and we also enjoyed the bar snacks. Would stay again.

Great modern hotel that has good design and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were designed really well and thought through. From the two types of pillow to the well designed compact bathroom with complimentary toiletries. During red level the buffet breakfast was suspended but the system in place worked well with table service and the options were good. It’s a couple of minutes walk to town and if you go down the road opposite the hotel and then down Hotops Rise you miss out the hill. Will definitely look at staying here next time we are in town for a visit.

Had a awesome stay here for a couple of nights, close to town there is a bit off a hill to walk up but its all good, Great staff and the design of the building is pretty cool, rooms are very comfortable clean Lovely breakfast in morning Highly recommended will stay there again
