This hotel is on the main road into Queenstown which was nice not to be in the busy area. We had a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the water. Even though there was construction below it was not an issue at all. All of the amenities were very nice and up to date. They have a shuttle into town which we...

My only real complaint of this hotel is the location--it's a little bit of a walk into town--and to get to many of the rooms you have to go through the car park which is a bit weird. The hotel itself, like most of the town, is situated right on the lake and has gorgeous vistas. It rained a lot...

Ok I've just been going over previous reviews on this hotel and I've realised that reviews can give you a very wrong impression of what the accomodation is really like and all I can gather is people just like to complain the sake of it. Our friends and family call my wife and I accomodation snobs because if it says...

We stayed here from March 19-22 and our 2 bedroom condo was superb! Very clean, comfortable and had incredible views. Our room was completely and entirely outfitted with everything you need. Towels, kitchen utensils, wifi etc as well as sweeping vistas of the lake. We highly recommend

We were very impressed with this hotel and all it had to offer. A little out of the way to walk into town but for the stunning views it was worth needing a taxi to venture. The concierge made everything hassle-free for any bookings we required. Gorgeous room with everything we needed. We were only let down one morning we...

From the moment we were checked in by Sam we felt at home. This is a very modern hotel with tradition. We were lucky enough to have booked a one-bedroom apartment which was about as perfect as could be. As well as the bedroom it had a large sitting room with a remote-controlled gas log fire and underfloor heating in...

We had booked our room many months previously having been told that the construction work at the front of the hotel would be finished by the time we arrived. This was not the case and we made it clear at check-in that we were not at all happy about this situation. We had been given a room on the first...

Location is good and bad - not close to town and the shuttle buses are usually full so expect to taxi. But the views across Frankton Arm and the Remarkables are stunning. It's also a good spot for sunrises, which is lucky given the early wake up you'll get. If you are visiting soon - be warned (and they won't...

The hotel is what you would typically expect of a upper-level hotel, the architecture and feeling of it is very Aussie (kiwi architecture they call it). Rooms are comfortable, and large with nice views. What we didn't like though was that the hotel is more focused on getting the money from you, rather than providing great customer satisfaction and relaxation....

The best accommodation of our holiday so far. Large one bedroom apartment with all laundry appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining and sitting area with lovely bedroom and bathroom. Modern and contemporary, faultlessly presented and fabulous lake views. When we return to Queenstown, we'll definitely stay here again.
