The room is what you pay for, small bathroom but it was all we needed for our time at the snow. They made ski rentals very easy and not too expensive, transfers to the mountain were easy and accessible. The worst part was the massive steep hill you had to walk up and down to get into town ! But it was a 5-7 min walk into town which was very good

All I can say is... DO NOT stay here. The rooms have a funny mould/smoke smell. On the 1st night we were kept awake by a very loud party. The party could have been in our room it was that loud. I called noise control and they didn’t sound surprised when I told them we were staying at this hell hole. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every sound from your neighbours as well as people coming home in the early hours of the morning. My husband thought someone was coming into our room it was that loud. The beds are terrible and you can feel every spring in the mattress. The lady below us had a go because our kids were just walking normally on the floor and our car got hit in their crap as car park. I agree with others. This place needs shut down. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.

Bed bugs!!! I was destroyed on the second night of three. In my head, arms, back and legs. Finally a week later the itching has stopped and had to clean all our luggage and clothes the fumagate them so we don't bring them home. The place was dirty with no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. The coffee cups dirty inside. The fridge door shelves were also missing. Had been broken. Obvious there has been water leaks and wall repairs over the last few years. When I emailed them about the bed bugs they said sorry and when they get reports of this they will do a deep clean and fumagate the room....good to know. Also very very noisy from the room above. Very cheaply made building. Parking is tight for the amount of rooms and they put a chain up at the end of the parking lot at night so if you drive through the maze to the parking lot to find there are no parks you need to reverse out

We stayed in one of the lofts up 6 flights of stairs sorry guys there is no lift so pack light. We were in room 94 which is right next door to the main door, other reviews state that it can be noisy due to all the banging, this wasnt the case and the place was full of people we didnt hear it bang at all. The loft is up a steep ladder so I recommend that you stay sober. The bathroom is tiny but the shower was always lovely and hot so we weren't overly concerned about the space. The TV needs to be hooked up to a chromecast or external harddrive. The parking, so first come first serve, we noticed a few clever drivers who used their imagination when it came to parking, if you lucked out then you had to park down the hill and climb the steep hill up to your room. A bit of a tip when parking... park early as it gets busy around the 4.30pm nark, walk into town (15 mins) then either walk back or catch a cab. The staff we very helpful and I cant fault them at all, they offer a continental breakfast at the restaurant which views you an amazing view. Overall this is my second time staying at Reavers I wanted my kids to experience what we did the first time round. Oh the spa was out of order, however the grounds are a lot cleaner just dont walk round the back. Will I be back..... yeah I think so.

We stayed in the lodge for 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was ok for a lodge at this price range, the room was warm (essential for Queenstown) but the beds were terrible. We had to ask for more duvets, so we could use them as pillows on top of the mattresses. We could feel the spring units. 2 of us slept in a bunk bed, which was very noisy. Every time one of us moved the bunker was noisy and very wobbly. Definitely never coming back again!
