of all the places we stayed this was our least favourite but it was cheap for the area and therefore lived up to our expectations.Room clean and comfortable if basic.Considering the number of young people it was surprisingly quiet at night.parking was a major problem with a narrow car park almost impossible to turn around if no spaces as it...

We found the room clean and a good size. The noise was there but it stopped at a reasonable hour. Be advised the walk to town is ok but uphill on the way back. Very uphill. We were overall happy with our visit because what we saved in room fees we spent on attractions and loved every minute of that....

The only good thing I can say is that it is in a good location. Unfortunately the room smelt awful - I hate to say it but my partner said it was the distinct and unmistakable odour of a festering used condom. Sorry but for real though. There was rubbish left under the bed (biscuit packet) floors weren't vaccumed in...

the lodge had everything we needed, was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. a short walk to town was very convenient aswell. the bar on site was great the food was scrumptious and the Scottish barmen very friendly and welcoming.

We were lucky to secure a room at the lodge for the new year countdown at Queenstown and we were pleased with the location as it was less than a 15-minute walk to the city centre and lake, perched on a hill with a pretty view. I had read reviews of the place before booking the accommodation and was aware...

Shocking place. Bathroom door hanging off. Shower dripping all night.Fridge sounded like a tractor. Super unfriendly unhelpful reception staff. No lift to upstairs rooms with heavy luggage. Tiny room. No view.

Stayed two nights in this ghastly place which really should be called a backpackers den rather then a lodge. Staff attitude manning the reception was awful, a bit up tight, don't know what for. No lift, and, despite being a family had to haul my luggage up three flights of stairs. No warning at breakfast that they are about to...

No lift and no daily housekeeping in Reaver Lodge. The room with a bathroom and a fridge was clean. But later found out the quilt had brown and dark red colour stain. Two nights sleep were awaken but the walking noise from other visitors because the floor was made by wood. The bed was so funny, it would 'sink' for...

I would rate this more of an upscale hostel rather than a lodge. Since we arrived at about 8 pm, the office was closed. We had a rough time finding our room since it wasn't listed on any of the signs on the main floor. It was very clean and efficient. We had a loft room with a low ceiling....

Clean and big bedroom with ensuite. The only bad thing was the Terrible beds and the cracking and squeaking noise coming from the corridor and the floor above all night. Good continental breakkie and friendly staff.
