A lovely young host greeted us and showed us a choice of rooms here as we were extremely unhappy with the quality of the current motel we were staying in, so we moved here.
It was very spacious, modern and clean. We wanted to cook our own breakfast so our host provided us with an electric frypan. She was very accommodating. The bed was super big and very comfortable.
We really enjoyed our move to this room and had a great time in Invercargill.
I did do some laundry but found the typical huge motel machines unkind to clothing as Im sure they are only good for sheets and towels.

Our second trip down here and we automatically booked this motel again. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have all the amenities needed. Laundry is also available. Easy walking to may places, the owners and staff are super friendly and will store your excess luggage if you go to Stewart Island. (They also have a cottage on Stewart Island if you are looking !)

I was allocated a room in the new wing of this motel. The room was spotless being new. The room had double glazing so was quiet. The large screen TV was paired with Netflix, SKY TV, and regular free to air channels.
The kitchen was limited with only a microwave so the ability to cook was not great. I also found the bed was not as comfortable and many other options.

I’ve stayed in a number of the rooms here over the last couple of years. All rooms are large and have super comfy beds.
Small kitchenettes allow you enough space to do your own breakfast or a microwave dinner.
Showers have a transparent domed roof on them which stops the room steaming up which is great, my only negative is the low flow rate from shower it does the job but you feel like cranking the water up!
Speedy free internet.
Walking distance to restaurants, Queens Park, the swimming pool.
$20 taxi ride from airport.

Lovely accommodation with friendly helpful owners and staff. The suite had recently been renovated and decorated and was very clean throughout. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was nice and quiet. Unit has smallish kitchen but as we only had breakfast there this wasn't a problem. We enjoyed our time in Invercargill so much that we stayed an extra night. Very good value and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice big tastful rooms, comfortable beds and great people willing to help. Handy to everything with a short walk to the main shops. No rad noise. We got in late and rooms were toasties with heaters all on. A very enjoyable stay for two nights, too easy.

Stayed overnight, easy to find, close to town, supermarket, petrol station. Very clean, huge spacious unit, only let down, no cooking facilities. Had a great sleep, very quiet considering Hotel seemed full and on a major road. Staff very friendly and helpful, would stay again.

This place has become my motel of choice in invercargill. I come through for a week every couple of months and they are the loveist people to deal with. Nice rooms that have been renovated so they are warm and cozy. Comfy beds, nice shower and nice new tvs! Keep up the awesome work guys!

Awful experience. Would not recommend staying here ever. Met drunk/drugged woman on day of check out. Felt very unsafe. Website states full cooking facilities. No oven. Mattress very old and uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Location good. Supermarket opposite hotel and about 7-10 mins walk into city centre. The museum in Invercargill is really worth a visit. The have a tuatara breeding programme that has been very successful so you can see tuataras at all stages of development.
