Our room was well presented, modern, exceptionally clean, very quiet even though the motel was in the centre of the main street shopping area. Double glazing certainly worked, no noise what so ever. This was ideal for us as we needed it to be close to the hospital. The receptionist was very pleasant and showed us to our room and explained everything to us regarding the complex and our room. Even our vehicle was under cover. Very affordable. We have stayed in many motels over the years and this one will now be our 'go to' motel when next staying in Dunedin.

I chose this place because of it's central location and the free parking. Don't be put off by the 'office block' appearance or the laneway to drive in! The studio was spacious and well equipped with a huge bed, kitchenette and couch for watching TV. The bed was extremely comfortable. They provided bathrobes and an umbrella which was very thoughtful.

Stayed two nights, we have stayed on previous occasions! My family also favour this motel, handy to town within walking distance to great restaurants & cafes. Very clean and accommodating, cleaners exceptional especially the long term blonde lady, I cannot think of her name! Comfortable with everything one needs! Thank you.

Only meant to be two nights but sons hospital stay was extended day by day. Staff very understanding and kind. Late checkouts while I waited to hear if he was yo be released. 7 nights later still here. Will be back as my first choice in Dunedin. Close to amazing restaurants and shopping. Including Hospital and supermarkets.

We were there for two days and given a room on the third floor (the building where there is a small covered car park). This was a great room, plenty of space and despite being seconds away from one of the main shopping streets, was extremely quiet. Don't be put off by the narrow alleyway to the carpark, its absolutely fine. All the staff were excellent.

Our family stayed one night at a one bedroom apartment on their terrace. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectation. It is right in the city with a free parking. The apartment is beautifully presented - clean, spacious and artistically furbished. The kitchenware is all very new and good qualify. The apartment we stayed has its own washing machine and dryer which we found very handy. To our very surprise, it even provided dressing gowns and slippers. Highly Recommended!

This place was really excellent: - great location - clean and tidy room - spacious - quiet as it isn't on the main road itself but tucked into a side alley - great facilities Only complaints were: - the wifi was not particularly fast but it still worked OK - they don't follow their own policy of not replacing towels if they are still hanging up, so they waste water/soap etc. (why do so many hotels/motel not follow their own policies???) Still going to give this a 5 rating though because every single other aspect of this place was excellent.

315 Euro certainly exceeded our expectations! The location is superb in Central Dunedin and it’s a real bonus having a free car park as you can walk to bars, restaurants and shops literally on your doorstep! We stayed in an Executive Studio and it was amazingly spacious with a full width balcony, a king size comfortable bed and a lovely tiled bathroom with a great shower. Everything was super clean and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 202 and it was perfect. Two along from the lift so it was handy but quiet.

These apartments are very conveniently located with secure parking. They are spacious and clean and our apartment had a small kitchen area and a large bathroom. The lady who greeted us was very helpful, marking on a map all the places to see in a limited timeframe.
