Brilliant stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit was clean, tidy, the owners took time to sweep the balconies and clean the yard of rubbish. There was evidence of attention to little detail had lots of little things, like lots of electric plug outlets and suitcase stands, in each room. We would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay for a few nights. Very obliging, friendly and helpful owners who went out of their way to provide excellent service. It was very clean and comfortable. Location close to the beach. Only downside was noise from cars hooning in the street for a few hours mostly on Friday and Saturday night.

Super clean , warm and comfortable. This is where we stay when we come to Dunedin. Book directly on the motel web site and it's all efficient and reliable. The location is good with easy access to the beach, the town and the University precinct.

Had a very nice stay here.
Tidy and clean room with all amenities and a comfy bed.
Only a short walk to a stunning beach or to get a bite to eat.

We have just arrived back from a family get together in Dunedin, staying at in a 2Bdrm unit at Adrian Motel. We were very impressed with the space, cleanliness and modern fittings. Great shower and even trackside available for the men. Will be back.

Nice comfy rooms, enough to fit 5 tall adults for 1 night with no problems. A good location aside from the boy racers at night, but to no fault of the motel. Ample parking and a friendly welcome. Would stay there again.

What more could you want? This great motel offered a very pleasant one-night stay. A friendly host welcomed us and we were impressed with the quality and comfort of our modern unit. The location is very good - quiet, with St Kilda beach just a short walk away and it's only a few minutes drive to the city centre. We would stay here again.

The units are lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Its a little out of the city centre so nice and quiet and very close to the lovely beach at St Clair. We were very comfortable and the owners were friendly helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and it had good amneties in the kitchen. The Bathroom was large too. The location was wonderful as it was close to supermarkets and to the esplanade area with restaurants.Overall a good experience

We had little choice of accommodation due to a number of events in Dunedin at the time. Seeing the outside it looked dated, however this is totally incorrect when you see the rooms. Our two bedroom unit had recently been renovated and was in great condition. Only down side was the heating was a little inadequate for the size of room and the installation of a heat pump would make such a difference. Would stay again if I took my family to Dunedin as this unit also had an extra bed in the lounge area. Is a little way out but only a short drive to the the city or restaurants.
