Beats motels hands down.
This family have worked hard to ensure The Terminus facilities and their service meet the needs of today’s visitors. With great communication before, during and after our stay, we felt valued. All our needs were met and expectations surpassed. In a great location with some free parking nearby, these well equipped, comfortable apartments beat stuffy motels hands down.

Olde world charm
Centrally located, 5 min walk from centre of city.Very clean, secure and comfortable, with hints of old world charm.Terminus apartments will be our “go to” accommodation whenever we visit Dunedin.An added bonus is a superb bakery next door.

Well equiped modern apartment in great location
Great location, modern and comfortable, very well equiped. We loved our stay here. Easy walk to some great restaurants. Easy to park close for $7 a day, free on Sunday. Generous food supplied as well.

The Terminus is the place to stay!
First off communication with Antonia and Steve and Hannah was very very easy and super helpful. We stayed in the Apartment 8 on the top floor in the corner facing two streets. Just like the pictures, it is very spacious, well furnished and had super views of the city and park. Definitely the nicest accommodations on our month long visit to New Zealand. Without a doubt, we would definitely stay here again. There is some city noises but you have to remember that you are in the heart of the city within easy walking of most everything. They do have a central fan that you can run to produce white background noise that helped with city sounds. There is some free parking on highway one about a block from The Terminus that we took advantage during our 4 night stay.

A great location
One of the best appointed apartments I’ve ever stayed in … all of the usual mod cons and it even had fresh fruit shopping bags and slippers on site … it’s worth picking up a few beers a bottle of wine and some to take time to enjoy this amazing space

The only place to stay in Dunedin
Terminus is a lovely boutique operation with a great location proximate to the downtown core. Family run with an amazing attention to detail. Coffee, granola, condiments all supplied. Maps and brochures too. Antonia is a great communicator. She made sure we had everything we needed along with a pre check in welcome and a post check out follow up. Separate bedroom, kitchen, washer and dryer....and at this price, it is a great value. We would stay again and tell our friends "Don't stay anywhere else."

Stylish , clean and comfortable.
Really enjoy the ambiance of this stylishly renovated apartment in an historic building. Had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean, parking was easy, and the communication was incredible making our book in and out effortless. Well located within easy walking distance to a range of eateries , cafes and bars. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay - so well located
We stayed in apartment 5. It was well equipped and comfortable. Most of the key sights of Dunedin are within easy walking distance. We were initially concerned about parking our car, but that wasn't an issue with metered parking opposite the apartment. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would be delighted to recommend the property
