Old but not bad. not ideal for a long stay. cooker available but grill function poor and no freezer. also no cooker fan extraction so one bedroom apartments will hold cooking smells. servicing good and service manager always available.

Stayed here for business was a tired hotel however it was very clean and today. Manager was very good and help-full George street is the best place to stay location wise. Suggestion at the very least sell bottles of water would be good.

I stayed in the Alan Court Motel with my husband for 2 nights. The manager was very helpful and friendly. The Motel is clean and tidy, close to the Hospital, shops and restruants. Great bed, we would go back.

Stayed in Dunedin for two nights. Allan Court was in a good location for an easy walk into CBD, Supermarkets and plenty of eateries. It’s located right near Uni. Bed was let down being soft and not supportive. Plenty to see and do nearby.

My husband and I have stayed at these motels many times over the years and felt a little disappointed this time. We were in the studio room at the front facing George Street and found our room to be dark and noisy. Have never had this problem before. Lighting was poor and room is right on the footpath. Students on Saturday night were walking home and chatting to each other all night. Perfectly acceptable but kept us awake. They just passed by and there was no loud music. The room had all we required and bed was really comfortable and warm. Try to avoid the studio unless you sleep like a log!
