Detailed Reviews
Extremely comfy bed and great host. Highly recommend staying here when in Dunedin. We will definitely be back as everything was very easy going and relaxed. Also great value for money especially on peak event times as they don’t take advantage of Dunedin being busy.

I only stayed here one night, but it will be one of my most remembered stays in nz. The accommodation is spacious, clean and has a great scenery outside whatever window you look out from. The thing that however made this stay something extra was the hosts. When I stay at BnBs, one of the most important thing is the contact/meeting with the owners. So friendly, informative and curious. If I would’ve liked a swift an impersonal stay I would’ve opted for a hotel. Thank you!

A beautiful B&B just out of town. The hosts went out of their way to help you and make you feel at home. A nice wood fire was going so was nice to sit around and chill.
Felt like home with their cat and dog there.
Will be back 1 night wasn't enough.

We stayed here for one night on 7 January. The house was lovely with a beautiful garden and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Our bathroom was just off the kitchen/breakfast room which was fine for one night. We had a nice continental breakfast in the morning. It was great chatting to the hosts who were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips for things to check out along the way on our road trip across the rest of NZ.

We stayed here for a couple of days as part of our British and Irish Lions trip to New Zealand as we needed a place to stay in Dunedin. Although too far out of town to walk, it's a lovely, comfortable property wiht kovely views and the most amazing hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable despite Rob supporting the opposition team! We had lots of banter about that obviously 😊 Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our one night stay at this B&B. The hosts were very welcoming. The home made muffins to go with the tea and coffee on arrival were much appreciated and the quiet of the room without the glare of street lights was great. We loved the fact that there was a dog Harlow and a cat Muff gave the B&B a very homely feel. This is one place we will definitely stay at again. Although not right in the CBD of Dunedin, it was very easy to find.
