Large rooms, clean and tidy, friendly staff, good firm beds and a great high pressure shower. No frills but good value. The lounge furnishings are starting to get very tired but all in all its great. Very central and easy walking distance also.

The only listing I can find for the Auto Exchange Stadium is in Dunedin, FLORIDA USA. As the George Street Apartments are in Dunedin, NEW ZEALAND, I would say, no, it is not within (easy) walking distance.
