La chambre est petite et rien pour s’asseoir à part le lit ou 2 tabourets hauts devant une table pliante pour prendre le petit déjeuner. La vue est très belle , il y a un balcon mais le climat ne permet pas d’être toujours dehors, Difficile de manger dans la chambre car c’est très compliqué de faire la vaisselle dans le petit lavabos de la salle d’eau. Le petit déjeuner continental n’as rien d’exceptionnel.Sinon l’endroit est calme et le lit est bon. Trop cher

Netter Ausblick bis in die Bucht bzw. in den Garten. Klein und ganz gut ausgestattet. Gut für 1-2 Übernachtungen.
keine Sitzgelegenheit zum Arbeiten an einem Tisch mit 2 Personen, nur so etwas wie ein Barhocker an einem hohen Tischbrett.
Der Aussentisch war auf der Unterseite völlig verrostet und am abblättern.

Wow in all my trips to Dunedin which three in 2018 one so far in 2019. Best value. Amazing view. Quiet! Generous breakfast. Immaculately clean warm! Just 100percent perfect for the price. We will be back!

Seaton Retreat is a great location.
Owners/hosts very friendly and obliging.
Continental breakfast was lovely and a wide selection to choose from.
Room was clean, however it was a little cluttered and confusing, and lacked a washing up area (apart from the bathroom sink).
I'd also suggest popping the fridge up off the carpet (hard to open the door)
I would recommend this B&B to all.
