Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you looking for a cheap hotel that would be equivalent to one star this will suit you . The room decor was exceptionally worned . The room smelt of smoke . The bed would be twenty years old it resembled a camel with a jump in the middle . The shower mouldy at the bottom . Not a pleasant stay .

Owners were polite and welcoming. Room was well equipped with kitchen utensils and cooking supplies however there could have been an exhaust fan to help with the steam from cooking. Good sized fridge. The furniture was a bit out-dated but comfortable nonetheless. Shower pressure was good and bathroom was a good size however there were some issues with mould. A quiet area but still close to the city centre and attractions. Loved that there was unlimited free wifi that was fast and reliable. A comfortable place to stay that is value for money.

This place is awful - office stunk of food, booked two rooms based on high booking.com ratings. Rooms were musty and damp with mould on the curtains, carpet and shower. Hole under the shower tray so could have anything living under it. Didn’t even want to sit on the chairs let alone sleep in the bed. Staff on reception was awful, smelly and unprofessional saying that we dirtied the room when we complained. Did not stay, went to a beautiful place around the corner that was only a few dollars more. Booking.com and trivago reviews have to be false - DO NOT STAY HERE - this place should be condemned.

Everything is run down. Bathroom is very old and water pressure is very low, could hardly wash my hair. Ok for a quick stop but would not book again. Only positive is that it's close to the city and theres a cute cat.

My husband & extended family stayed for 5 nights. The room, with kitchenette, was very clean & comfortable. The bed & pillows were of good quality. The kitchen had all we needed & limited Sky TV was ok. There were no towel rails though & the shower was quite tricky to get the temperature right. Edgeware shops & restaurants are 10 mins walk away (recommend Saket Indian & Japanese restaurants). Very quiet area.

The moment we entered noticed a pungent smell coming, probably mould. Then the bathroom was smelling of food perhaps the A.C vent was shared with a kitchen. The bedding was in a disappointing condition that someone would think really hard before using it. Bed was old and someone who got a back issue - please don’t use it. My back gone worse by sleeping in that hanging bed.. we ended up canceling for one night as I couldn’t tolerate the miserable hygiene of the unit. With kids and highly cleanliness standards folks - do not book this. You will be very saddened by the look of the things around .. in a very worn out conditions

Bed OK. Plenty of living space. Fittings a bit tired. Kitchen was OK but old. Bathroom not really up to current motel standards. Both myself and mu companion (another room) found the showers almost impossible to get to a comfortable heat. Those fittings looked 50 years old.
