Lovely owners, very friendly and helpful. Nice unit for a family of four . Had every thing we needed.unit was very clean. Double glazed windows so no road noise which was important to us. Happily stay again and was only $150 for four people so excellent value! Close to shops and buses too.

Found is accommodation very good! Donna and Gary were very friendly and have the room had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location isn’t far from many restaurant options either. Would recommend!

Stayed a few nights. Found unit quite run down....heater and extractor fan in bathroom didn't work. Along with a light in lounge. The toiletries weren't replenished and coffee/teas barely. Don't understand why some motels don't treat you as a new guest each night because the nightly rate isn't reduced for longer stays. Very disappointed.....even at winter rates.

I have stayed here a couple of times as it is good value and clean and tidy. It is on a very busy road so best request a room at the rear if you are after a quiet sleep. Plenty of off street parking and Northlands Mall is just a short walk away but a car would be preferable as not sure about public transport. Rooms are reasonable size and slightly dated but nice and clean.

We stayed twice at Northcote, and both times it was fab. Donna and Gary could not have been more helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely stay there again when we travel to NZ from the UK. Thanks guys.
