    Very central to town, botanic gardens and park

    What a fab place. Excellent arrangements for tea, meals and drinks. Excellent breakfast. Location allows a short walk to the park, and park run on a Saturday, botanic gardens and the centre of Christchurch. Enjoyable stay.
