We stayed three nights and it was a fine home base for exploring Christchurch. Our studio room was spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully appointed to meet travelers' needs. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We need to return to Christchurch for another night to catch a flight and have already booked for that additional night.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to the Catherdal, Botanical Gardens and shops. I stayed for one week and found the bed very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. A good base for seeing the area.

The hotel is well located, in the centre of the city. Rooms are big, comfortable, clean. Bath is also comfortably sized and has the right toiletries. Tea/coffee was well stocked. TV/cable was working well. Room had a nice sofa, small table/chairs, TV unit for stuff. Could not have been more comfortable. We stayed for 2 days only, definitely on my list for future longer trips.

The motel is in walking distance to the city but far enough away to not be right in the hub. Our room was quietly tucked into the back corner so we slept very well. We asked for more milk for our 3rd day which didn’t arrive but it was a minor slip up. The linen and room was clean and bed comfortable.

Service: Awesome. We arrived a little early but room was ready so were able to check in.
Room: Very clean and tidy with two nice, comfortable leather chairs. Kitchenette was handy. Lots of SKY TV channels. My eyesight isn't great so it would have been nice if the TV was touch bigger as it was positioned some way from the bed, but we weren't there to sit in the room and watch TV.
Bed/Sleep: Best night sleep I've had while staying in Christchurch. Huge, comfortable bed and nice and quiet.
Other: Close to town, good value and, the most important thing, a great night's sleep.
Would I stay again? Yes!

Fantastic facilities, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. Location was really close to the city. Within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was great and hosts were very friendly. Would differently stay here again when next in Christchurch.

Would have enjoyed the stay if the trains hadn't been canceled but during my time at the hotel, the place had a good location to explore Christchurch. Not too far from the city center and a good start to explore the surrounding areas around the city.
Friendly staff. Was pleased they called me in regards to my check-in and were fine with my late arrival. Super easy to check in and out.

Great place to stay in Christchurch. Walking distance too city and very clean and quiet. Family run business that are very hospitable and clean rooms daily. Beds are comfortable and room has plenty of space. Bathroom is very good and free parking. Plus plus

only stayed one night, really good size room, great location to the Centre off Christchurch. clean, tidy and was greet with friendly staff at reception. After my stay I would think it was good value for money as well.

Clean & comfortable very handy walking distance to the James Hayes Theatre, Casino & The Cheese Bar. Staff lovely and good car parking, rooms quiet from road noise. Good amount of towels too. Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable.

I had not seen the Train Station I am sorry
Sorry, can't help as we did not have breakfast here.
We were situated on the ground floor so cannot answer that question.
We arrived about 4.30pm on a Sunday and lots of places were closed
But we also did not require a supermarket so didn't notice to be honest!
But we had a really good meal and were entertained by a live band in a local bar
That was recommended by the guy on reception at the hotel.
