Very comfortable and warm room. It was also fairly quiet. Parking is easy, outside the door. Small kitchenette with plenty of space if you want to cook something simple. It’s a bit of a walk into the main part of town with the restaurants etc but it is doable. You don’t need to drive.

This is a great motel. The rooms and the surrounds are immaculately clean, and the staff were lovely, both at reception and the cleaners. Excellent and easy parking and also very close to restaurants and city attractions. I will be returning!

We had a unit with 2 twin beds, which were extremely comfortable. The studio was pleasantly furnished with high quality fittings and furnishings. The kitchenette had everything we needed and more, including fresh milk and ground coffee for the plunger. The shower was hot and powerful and the Wi-Fi was great. Location was just right, walking distance into the Centre of Christchurch, and a couple of lovely restaurants almost on the doorstep. I would definitely come here again.

Room was comfortable and warm. Stayed 2 nights. Very central to the city. Accommodated our very late check in at 10.45pm. Only hiccup was the wash basin was a bit hard to use as there was a shelf over it. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is well located, in the centre of the city. Rooms are big, comfortable, clean. Bath is also comfortably sized and has the right toiletries. Tea/coffee was well stocked. TV/cable was working well. Room had a nice sofa, small table/chairs, TV unit for stuff. Could not have been more comfortable. We stayed for 2 days only, definitely on my list for future longer trips.

This has to be the best Motel within the 4 Avenues of Christchurch. Very handy to the Central Business District. Even though it's on Colombo Street and the place was fully booked the rooms are very quiet. Within easy walking distance of shops, bars and Hagley Park and close enough to Bealey Ave for getting further afield. Reluctant to recommend as we don't want it to be full next time we visit.

Great place, location was close to the City, very clean, comfortable and spacious and the owners were extremely accomodating to our requests. I would highly recommend this business, we stayed twice in three weeks and it was very good.

DISGUSTING rip off! The unit had a terrible odour, old and outdated furnishings for the price charged. Worst part, was when we were leaving and checking that we packed everything we found used condoms under the bed and underwear under the couch. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

staff was super friendly and the room was very comfortable. We made a request for a room type on booking and although the hotel did not receive it, they helped us coordinate a satisfactory room type immediately upon our arrival.
