I am writing this review from the sofa of apartment 6 the family apartment. We are sadly only here for one night. This is a fantastic place to stay, beautiful furnishings and facilities. The pool and spa area is to die for a perfect place to relax. Perfectly located for a very relaxing stay with everything you need locally. We will return! Might book the next visit now!

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry, fabulous shower. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast which was was a lovely touch. The TV has souround sound, Netflix and you can also chrome cast to it from your phone. Chris is a lovely host and we hope to be back again soon. Booked for myself and my child. Asked how many people were staying- answered myself and my child. Received an email next day: “I have taken a payment of $35 for your child who stayed. Your booking was for 2 guests and you had three guests.” Furious that I had been charged for something that I didn’t do and had no opportunity to deny, I phoned her up and she said “both sides of the double bed had been slept on so 3 people must have stayed” What a little more detective work on her part might have revealed that people roll over in their sleep hence use both sides of the bed! Have never encountered this unpleasant problem of having credit card used dishonestly before and hope to never again. Ps refund was done and a meek apology of sorts received “oh lots of people do it...” Will never stay again

We brought my 93 year old Mum to Sumner for a break. Pity is it was only one night as we were very happy here. The apartment was extremely well appointed and is a credit to the owners who have thought of everything. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms excellent and the kitchen had everything you needed. The breakfast was continental and totally adequate. All the furnishings and decorations were spot on. It's easy to recommend this place and we hope to return soon.

We stayed in the studio apartment. It was clean, comfortable and modern. The separate kitchen was a bonus for a studio. The apartments are well located in Sumner, with plenty of excellent dining options and a small supermarket in walking distance. Parking for the studio is on the street but there are plenty of free parks across the road. The only downside for us was that the bed felt a little small for two - I think it was a double and we're used to a king. The hosts were friendly and couldn't have been more accommodating. Highly recommended.
