Fyffe is a consistently very high standard on many fronts. Always welcomed warmly which sets the scene moving forward. Beds are a brilliant sleep. After a big day's work... coming back to settle for the night, do some more work, while preparing your own dining at your Christchurch home.. It's all right here... And you have a TV in the bedroom which is a bloke thing I think... :-) .. Maureen and Greg are simply awesome hosts that just keep on giving... way beyond the front desk smile that most moteliers seem to manage... Just love coming here... Travelling and stopping at sterile standard motels of varying cleanliness and fittings quality... Fyffe is a must-do for business travelers, and also a fantastic holiday stopover and stay place. This is a really comfortable and well-equipped motel. It is located within easy walk of a couple of supermarkets and several superettes, and lots of other facilities (doctor, dentist, pharmacies etc). Christchurch Botanic Gardens are 15 minutes stroll away, and Riccarton Road itself is well served by public transport. All these facts are easily seen on maps, but the key thing that differentiates Fyffe On Riccarton are Maureen and Greg who own it. They are an extremely friendly and helpful couple. They helped us out enormously during our stay with them and nothing was too much trouble. They are the real stars of the show here! Wouldn't hesitate to return next time we're in Christchurch.

We are from Canada and we’re new to the area. The service here is amazing! The gentleman at the front was very gracious. The wifi service was really fast as well. There’s a great Chinese vegan restaurant nearby also!
