Just cannot fault this place I'm so glad I chose it. I'm not one to write reviews but this time I just had to - the staff earn it. SUCH FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE STAFF I've never seen this type of service anywhere in the world!!! Whatever I wanted the staff went out of their way for me. Even at checkout at 3am Nick asked if I wanted a coffee 'on the house' ( I swear he read my mind!) and Nate made it for me - amazing!!! I asked where the gym is and the lady said she'd walk me there as soon as I was ready to go. Good on you team, you've nailed customer service! The place itself is perfect - room size is great, modern and relaxing ambience, great beds and a choice of your preferred pillow. Love the extra touches - chocolate in the room, hair straightener (haven't seen that before), great lighting (night light comes on in bathroom when you go in at night and then automatically switches off), lovely lamps, great desk for working, the list goes on. Restaurant downstairs is fantastic and has a lovely food selection- breakfast lunch dinner. Great location. Easy walk into the city. Just book it don't hesitate! :)…
Stunning room, clean , tidy and comfortable. Great location, all needed things provided, friendly and knowledgeble staff. Enjoyed our special occasion night there with my wife,we will be definately visiting again.
Great location if you want to be in the city. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Walking distance to town. Staff at front desk are super friendly and helpful. One of the best reception desk and staff we have had
Staff were super friendly and obliging - nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfasts superb, Clean, comfortable and quiet amenities - everything needed in city accommodation. Heading back for a six night stay before our flight out of Christchurch later in May. A little pricey compared to others but we know we won't be disappointed.
Stayed in this hotel before flying out Christchurch to Sydney. Modern light and sunny hotel. Staff – Sam and Kim were beyond good! So, so helpful. Kim juggled rooms around to give us a room on high floor. Sam was very knowledgeable on Christchurch and told us all the places within walking distance. Riverside markets had fantastic eateries. Kaiser brew garden was awesome. Bed was pretty comfortable, lovely light room with cooking facilities if you wanted them, and a first – there was a hair straightener as well as a hairdryer in the room! Shower bomb was lovely – water pressure wasn’t great but not bad. Breakfast – the soaked oats were surprisingly delicious and a nice setting. All in all would give this hotel a definite 5 out of 5 – the staff on the front desk absolutely make it memorable – thanks :-).…
