We stayed for 3 nights in a studio apartment. The kitchenette was well equipped for light breakfasts and lunches. The washer and dryer greatly appreciated as it was nice to catch up on laundry after being on the road for a while.

The room was a nice size and we were on a corner so had plenty of light with 2 windows. Unfortunately, we were in a connecting room and we disturbed by neighbours who had their TV on quite loud in the evening.

Shops and restaurants, as well as some of the sights to see, are in walking distance.

Thank you very much for staying with us, we will look into the interconnecting issue, perhaps the doors are not sound proofing well enough.

We stayed here (twice) on the first night and last night of our South Island driving holiday and cannot recommend it any higher.
On both stays we received a complementary upgrade to the next level of room which was a very kind gesture.
The hotel is close to the city centre, an easy walk. The drive to and from the airport is straightforward also.
We clearly noted during the booking stage that parking is limited and needs to be booked in advance. Hence we did so and happily had a secure parking space (off the street) for both stays.
The apartments were exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed for a great stay. Everything you could possibly need is included and you can cook if you'd like to. A bonus is decent blockout curtains so the morning light is not an issue.
Supermarkets are within walking distance and a coffee shop across and down the road a little (Tap N Grind) did a great coffee!
Check in and out was a breeze and the staff were friendly, professional and really helpful.
I would stay here again if to return to Christchurch!

We are on a long road trip around South Island and it has been lovely to have four nights in a home from home. We booked a one bedroom apartment and Quest has identified all that a traveller needs. We could have cooked and looked after ourselves but there are many restaurants within walking distance so we did not use the extensive kitchen facilities and equipment. Also for self catering there are nearby a large New World and Countdown.
Secure parking at ground level keeps the car safe. Car not really needed as we walked into the central shopping area and Botanical Gardens and museums.
Receptionist Crystal is exceptional. We had a couple of problems and she went out of our way to solve them for us.

Walking distance to central Christchurch. We had one bedroom apartment which was Very competitively priced, spacious, very warm (great being mid winter) and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The layout with sliding glass doors enabled me to work whilst my daughter was not disturbed, sleeping. The facilities were good and the shower was accessible of anyone with mobility issues. It is also close to pack and save -NZ largest supermarket, so self catering is very easy. We also travelled around using public transport, and the connections were only a couple of flat blocks away making it ideal of those of us who didn't have a car.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Reasonably priced, modern and tidy apartment with all the necessary conveniences. Off street parking is a bonus, in room laundry facilities and short walk to eatery’s and central Christchurch.

Quest on Manchester offers beautiful, relatively new and well-appointed rooms in a nice city central location. You could not hear any street noise so sleep is undisturbed but I just wish they offer softer pillows as I certainly had a stiff neck after a night's sleep. Parking is a challenge if this is not part of your room rate. In general, great value for money and I would stay here again.

I really couldn't rate this accommodation more highly, especially in comparison to other hotels in the CBD. Really appreciated the quality of finish in the rooms, excellent tiled shower, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, really quiet and super clean with very friendly and obliging staff. Perfect ambient temperature without needing the aircon....surrounded by a variety of good restaurants. Honestly can't fault the place - will definitely be back.

The hotel is nice and new, so the rooms are good quality and the price point is good too. The bed was comfortable and it was handy that the room had a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. It's nothing fancy, but we slept well and it did exactly what we needed it to!

Nice modern apartment in the CHCH CBD.
Room was clean and quiet. Was surprised how quiet it was!! Loved the black out curtains also.
The tap in bathroom wasn't in great shape and needed tightened. Passed on to the very friendly housekeeping staff.
The movie selection was fantastic!
My only comment would be the lounge needs a comfy couch. The 2 chairs looks nice but are not very comfy after a long day.
Would stay again.
Tip: Great wee coffee shop just down the street :)

Is there any dryer besides having washing machine ? Thanks .
Every room in our hotel has a washer and dryer.

Not really, about 15+ min so better to take taxi. Limited parking right in the center but okay close by on outlying streets. Check out council web site on parking times.
