We were happy with our accommodation. The room was clean, spacious and the small kitchen had everything necessary (including external hotplate and electric pan) to prepare small meals. The staff were courteous and assisted with excursion planning. On foot you are also quickly in the center.

Greeted warmly by the manager who dealt with the formality of checking in and receiving payment. Plenty of information on display in the reception area detailing local activities.
Studio room was large and very beautifully decorated with great original artwork. Its location on the upper floor and at the end of the wing enabled it to remain bright throughout the day. Furnishing was quite modern and comfortable. The entire atmosphere of the room was both cozy and inviting.
Contained a large comfortable bed with plenty of bedding. Also had a table from which to be able to work and a balcony to entice one away from work to just relax and read.
Kitchenette was of a decent size with all the utensils one is likely to need provided. There was also a particularly good supply of tea/coffee and (drinking) chocolate that was amazingly replenished each day.
Bathroom was of decent size and contained an exceptional shower. Again, toiletries were supplied and replenished daily. Towels were replaced daily.
Absolute value for money.
Ellena Court has now become my first choice whenever staying in Blenheim, and already am looking forward to a return in the near future.

Can’t praise this motel enough. We were given exactly what we had requested a quiet room on upper floor. The room, however, was far better than our other motel stays. Large enough to accommodate a double and single bed as well as two comfy chairs inside with chairs and table on spacious balcony. Kitchenette was very well equipped, including iron and ironing board and a good selection of tea, coffee etc and milk was provided. Bathroom stocked with quality complimentary items. Towels and linen were pristine and everywhere was extremely clean. Wayne was knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks so much.

This is another NZ motel and like before in Te Pune is really clean and full of all you need for a couple of days’ stay to explore the wine region of Marlborough.
Our room was big with a spacious bathroom (no1) and a bath as well as a shower… microwave and electric cooking pan provided alongside the usual sink and pint of milk. Free Wi-Fi worked well.

Very good standard new motel about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Blenheim.
Rooms are very nicely furnished and have air con which is great as this area of NZ can get really hot.
Stairs outside are even carpeted to reduce noise which was a thoughtful addition.
Owner is very helpful and made our stay super easy.
Definitely one of the better motels I have stayed at.

Well located on the edge of downtown, walking distance to restaurants and theatre. Helpful, friendly service and advice. Nice to sit outside in sun for morning coffee.
We appreciated having excellent wifi and large range of TV movie and sport channels.
Our unit was ground floor accessible so had large shower area with a couple of extra rails.

We found the Motel absolutely wonderful to stay in. The rooms get cleaned every day, It is close to town and a restaruant. Friendly staff. Perfect. Beds are really comfortable to sleep in, Bathroom has a wonderful wet floor plus a seat for those who have to sit while showering.

The room was in an immaculate condition, everything was in perfect condition. The hosts were very friendly and have an eye for every detail. They certainly made me welcome. I was already aware before making the booking that I would need to move rooms between the 2 nights. They suggested holding off payment until the second day, because they might be able to re-arrange rooms the next day so I could stay in the same room. When existing guest changed their plans to remain. The hosts booked a room closer to my daily destination, which was an upgrade with a spa bath, and they paid the difference so it was no extra charge for me. This sort of service compels me to write a rave review. They are well connected in the accommodation market and certainly take responsibility for your satisfaction. I would happily stay again. The quality and location represent excellent value for money.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas 2020 (4 days). We were in unit no.5 a 1 bedroom unit with a private outdoor seating area which was an unexpected and much appreciated bonus.
Our modern unit was very smart and tidy with all the necessities we required for a pleasant and enjoyable stay and the rate was very reasonable.
Thank you for the delicious Christmas Cake gifts that were left in our unit.
We would definately stay here again.

Ellena Court motel was a disappointment. I suspect there may be better rooms than our small studio but we were expecting something with a little more room and amenity.
. Studio room was too small for comfort. Although advertised as having a “kitchenette”, there was only a rudimentary space with no sink. Washing all dishes in bathroom sink was unpleasant; not normal motel standard. Wardrobe was a small cupboard next to “kitchenette space with various cleaning products etc in it. Not really a wardrobe at all. Bed saggy. Not comfortable stay. Have always had better for same price or less. Recommend ask some careful questions before booking.

Good morning, In response to your review, I am sorry if you were disappointed in your unit. You were booked into a Standard Queen Studio at $140 per night as compared to our Queen Studios at $150 per night. The standard studio is very popular with our regular guests as it has all the amenities required for an overnight stay with facilities to make toast, coffee etc, microwave, fridge and dishes etc. Similar to a hotel room, these standard studios are not designed for full cooking.
