Travelling with two small dogs isn't always easy but no issue at Phoenix Motor Inn. We had plenty of room in the Californian King and there was access to a quiet grassy spot for late night k9 ablutions in private right next to our unit, they thought of everything. Was surprised how quiet the complex was considering how close it is to a busy road so we will DEFINITELY visit again

Amaaaaazing. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Had everything you needed and wanted, beds were very cozy. I think this is probably the best place to stay in Blenheim. Would be an ideal spot if you were staying a few days in Blenheim to discover vineyards etc. We will definitely choose to stay here from now on.

Clean and well appointed…. Sky+ adequate kitchenette and large shower . Beds comfortable ….. a little out of town but close to airport …. Aircon and electric blanket provided which is nice on cold winter nights … Hosts are excellent and helpful…..

This place is a little gem - great linen on the beds, clean, and modern. The owner is really helpful and friendly. Great value for money. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Blenheim.

Very clean and spacious. Wee note to other solo travellers , wanting a meal at home after long day travel, given good recommendations for local food however delivery of food to local restaurants however need to spend 35 and then $9 delivery. Local Speights did a takeaway for me and Countdown 5 mins car away. Would Recommend to other solo travellers

Extremely impressed by this Hotel. The owner was extremely accomodating, friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to make our stay special. Room was clean, tidy, functional. Would recommend this place over any other. Thanks heaps team!

The couple that own this motel went above and beyond to help us out with any needs, rooms were serviced daily new towels and amenities, dog friendly, amazing pool, would highly recommend to everyone looking for a place to stay in Blenheim.

Stayed in probably nearly 100 motels in NZ over the past 40 years. The Phoenix is the best. Wife is fastidious about cleanliness and she couldn't find anything in our unit that wasn't up to her high standards. Clean and decent facilities, reasonably spacious room and competitively priced after a manager's discount on tariff listed on booking sites. Pleasant, helpful owners and cleaning staff. Good location. Now living in Blenheim and for any guests we can't accommodate at home we will be booking them into the Phoenix, even though it is over the other side of town. Distance a disadvantage, but we know they will have no complaint about the accommodation ! No comparison to another motel we stayed at iin an earlier visit to Blenheim. Can't rate this place highly enough.

Comfortable warm well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Excellent selection of hot refreshments. Comfortable beds. Cleaning smell was overwhelming in the main kitchen area. Heat pump old and noisy. Fantastic to have Sky movies which is so nice in the evenings and a bonus compared to other places we stayed. Good parking. Good info on local places to eat. Very reluctantly agreed to a 10.30 checkout with three young children to organise by myself.
