Spent 6 nights in an upstairs unit and couldn't fault it. Nice out look, unit was very spacious and clean. Great location, easy walk to shops and cafes etc. Parking could be tight at times, but it all worked out. Lisa was so friendly - always smiling and helpful.
We stayed at the Waterfront Hotel not really sure bout the waterfront part, but our room had a lovely outlook towards the river and green space. The hotel was very close to everything we needed in town. The rooms were large and very clean and comfortable. The office lady was so lovely and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place
Lovely, one night stay at this beautiful motel. We stayed upstairs and had a beautiful view of the river and the weather was gorgeous! Modern, clean and reasonably priced, we would definately stay here again if we are ever in Blenheim and would recommend to others. Thanks for a lovely stay!
What a great spot for a two night stop on our way to the West Coast. After a lovely trip on the ferry it was a breeze to drive 30 minutes to the motel so we could be ready to get out around the wineries the next day. The Waterfront had everything we needed and we appreciated the spacious room with a great view and the location was brilliant. The pub next door served great steaks! We drove round the wineries the next day and decided on Wither Hills for a long lunch. We actually returned to the motel and taxied back to Wither Hills. We fitted in the Wine Station late in the afternoon then strolled back to the motel. A very friendly and welcoming team thanks Lisa 🌟
If you want a modern, clean motel that’s centrally located this is the place for you. The staff are friendly and the beds comfortable. There is a pub next door which convenient for meals and they offer a continental breakfast
The motel is right in the centre of Blenheim town, so very industrial. It was nice to have a view of the river from the apartment on the other side. Only a short stroll into town to get food or go to the shops. Ammenities were a little basic but they did the job and was only a short trip into the main wine region to visit some of the vineyards.
We started our trip around the south island in Blenheim, This motel appeared to meet all our needs for a couple of nights how wrong can you be, it exceeded our expectations it has a lovely outlook, the rooms where in good order Lisa and her Mum where lovely hosts plus it was ideally positioned for the town centre we really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Blenheim.
No milk offer on arrival. No book about motel. Lady to interested telling us the internet doesn’t work in every room, bathroom has cobwebs and shower not clean, not enough seating for three let alone cutlery. As we were packing to leave taking bags to car the cleaner entered our room while our bags were still in room wasn’t even 9am. Check out is 10am. No option to say not to service our room when staying more than one night, no recycling option. Not friendly, office area untidy.
We arrived at 10:15am and our room was already available. There's a good sized car park. Friendly reception and he told us about a couple of local attractions. The room was huge with a nice lakeside view. Bed was very comfortable. Good location for walking to restaurants and bars. The wine station is just opposite and very nice.
Stayed in a ground floor Disability room, with a King Size bed, the room was quite large with a large windows overlooking the river. The Bathroom was very well designed for disabled people. includes a kitchnette.Plenty of space inside and large windows overlooking the river. Disabled Car space right outside the door for your car. No meals available suggested the tavern which backs onto the car park area. Also has a good self serve laundry open late.
