We had a great stay here thanks to the lovely accommodation and great hosts. Phil and Joyce provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and sights to visit, cooked delicious breakfasts and made us feel very welcome during our stay. The bedroom was large and the bed was super comfy. Very modern and stylish place to stay. Would definitely return...

We were only here for a one-night stop before the next day’s ferry, but enjoyed the hospitality and proximity of this B&B! We walked to dinner that night [downtown was so close!] and took a NZD $5 Uber back afterward only because of the rain. The next day’s 8 a.m. ferry called for an early rise, which Joyce accommodated amply...

Joyce and Phil were great hosts and have put much thought into their beautiful home. We were lucky enough to have the bedroom, with bathroom, kitchen and sun room to ourselves. Everything was of a high quality, including breakfasts, which we enjoyed with Joyce and Phil. The location so close to Wellington City centre was ideal, no transport required if...

Joyce and Phil made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were great hosts throughout our visit. Joyce is an excellent cook and we enjoyed two breakfasts and actually ate dinner with them one evening at a small extra charge. Highly recommended if you would like a change from restaurants while travelling. The B&B is located a short...

The house is located in a quiet place while very close to the main shopping centres, airport shuttle bus stops and tourist attractions. The room is extremely clean. Bathrobes, hairdryers, towels, shampoo and shower gel are all provided. Basically, just need to bring a pair of bathroom slippers. There is even a washing machine and powder available. The hosts are...

Immaculate place, beautifully presented, and Joyce welcomed us wonderfully. She provided everything we could need, and there was a kitchen and utility/laundry room to boot! Joyce gave us excellent directions to enjoy the best of Wellington in a short period in the way that suited us. Then, in the morning, we were bowled over to be having breakfast with Joyce...

Warm, welcoming hosts, a clean and spacious room with a heavenly bed, fluffy bathrobes, and complimentary beers and homemade cookies. Great bathroom with powerful shower. Delicious healthy breakfast - and when we had to leave very early on our last morning, Phil & Joyce prepared a full breakfast for us and brought it to our room the night before, ready...

Stayed two nights, friendly welcome from Joyce and Phil, beautifully decorated and great attention to detail. Off street parking a bonus and very central, hilly terrain but good excercise. We had the Koru room with bathroom and kitchenette across the hall, this worked out fine even with other guests staying. Nice breakfasts on our two night stay, and a couple...

Joyce and Phil 's B and B is a pleasure to visit. We had a room with a fab big bedroom, a small conservatory to ourselves, a fully fitted kitchen and well equipped bathroom. There was also a washing machine for our use which was very useful on a touring holiday. We could prepare( and did) a meal if we didn't...

This spacious bnb is tastefully furnished and very well equipped. You are made to feel most welcome by Joyce and Phil, and the breakfasts are wholesome and varied. The location of the bnb is ideal for walking into Wellington and enjoying the waterfront ( 10-15 mins walk downhill). The return journey, if walking could be a bit of a challenge...
