The house is located in a quiet place while very close to the main shopping centres, airport shuttle bus stops and tourist attractions. The room is extremely clean. Bathrobes, hairdryers, towels, shampoo and shower gel are all provided. Basically, just need to bring a pair of bathroom slippers. There is even a washing machine and powder available. The hosts are...

Immaculate place, beautifully presented, and Joyce welcomed us wonderfully. She provided everything we could need, and there was a kitchen and utility/laundry room to boot! Joyce gave us excellent directions to enjoy the best of Wellington in a short period in the way that suited us. Then, in the morning, we were bowled over to be having breakfast with Joyce...

Warm, welcoming hosts, a clean and spacious room with a heavenly bed, fluffy bathrobes, and complimentary beers and homemade cookies. Great bathroom with powerful shower. Delicious healthy breakfast - and when we had to leave very early on our last morning, Phil & Joyce prepared a full breakfast for us and brought it to our room the night before, ready...

Stayed two nights, friendly welcome from Joyce and Phil, beautifully decorated and great attention to detail. Off street parking a bonus and very central, hilly terrain but good excercise. We had the Koru room with bathroom and kitchenette across the hall, this worked out fine even with other guests staying. Nice breakfasts on our two night stay, and a couple...

Joyce and Phil 's B and B is a pleasure to visit. We had a room with a fab big bedroom, a small conservatory to ourselves, a fully fitted kitchen and well equipped bathroom. There was also a washing machine for our use which was very useful on a touring holiday. We could prepare( and did) a meal if we didn't...

This spacious bnb is tastefully furnished and very well equipped. You are made to feel most welcome by Joyce and Phil, and the breakfasts are wholesome and varied. The location of the bnb is ideal for walking into Wellington and enjoying the waterfront ( 10-15 mins walk downhill). The return journey, if walking could be a bit of a challenge...

My wife and I spent three nights and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of Joyce's B&B which is so well located to the Parliament, museums and shops/restaurants. The hosts, Joyce & Phil, are very friendly and welcomed us with a lovely wine. Our room was spacious and excellently furnished. The bed and linen was superb. Oh.....and the breakfasts are outstanding. Thank...

What a lovely welcoming B&B Joyce and Phil run here. In just two years they have built their business up from scratch and their high ratings are well deserved. There is plenty of space and light and the rooms are all very well equipped with top quality fittings. The breakfasts are superb and we were delighted to be joined by...

You come in and feel at home! Phil and Joyce are very helpful, warmhearted people. The rooms are quiet, but you are nearby the centre of a wonderful city. It could`t be better! Wellington ist eine Reise wert, und Joyce B&B auch!

We had the good fortune to stay a few weeks ago for a second time with Joyce and Phil, this time for 3 nights! Location is superb, being only just out of town but high and back from the road so it's not noisy at all. But the waterfront is less than 10 mins walk away with the main centre...
