This place has the most friendly and professional staff on the reception, the ablutions, kitchens and laundry area are very well equipped and immaculately clean. We'll maintained site, if you run a camp ground in new Zealand go and visit, then return to yours and run it like this place, your guests will be raving about you. The place to stay, I have been to many places but nothing matches. I could go on and on but, you have to stay to believe.

Omokoroa motor camp has been our home for the past 7 months. It’s a wonderful place, beautifully blissful and will forever occupy a special place in our hearts. There is everything you need when it comes to facilities. We were always so impressed by how clean the camp/facilities were kept. Rex’s cleaning efforts and genuine care towards the daily task have never gone unnoticed. Everybody is so kind and generous towards each other and there is real sense of community between all. Omokoroa itself is very charming. The beach is only a 5 minute drive away and the coastal walk is so pretty. On a couple of occasions we even sighted some sting rays!! The Neighbourhood Pizzeria down the road is ranked and recommended highly when it comes to the best pizza’s we’ve ever eaten!! Without a doubt your Omokoroa motor camp experience will be very memorable one. A huge thank you to Phil and Lesley who lovingly put their all into ensuring the camp is a safe, helpful, fun and friendly environment. They are warm and welcoming and make you feel like nothing is too much hassle.…

It is caravan and motorhome park, the guest stay at caravan style with extension tent adjacent to the caravan. It is ok, we can slept well although the location is on the main road to the Omokoroa beach. Visitors can choose using portable loo inside of each caravan or using shared bathroom and toilet facilities. Not too far from Tauranga, close to the beach. Plenty of Avocado trees and visitors are free to pick the Avocados on the ground, nice.

Friendly welcome and helpful private owners. Very large sites suitable for the biggest vans, all easily accessible, New facilities, clean and perfectly maintained. Not the best location being away from beach or shops but quiet and well suited for an overnight stop-over.

Large sites, shower and toilet block new and always clean. There is not a kitchen as such but a large bench and sink no cookers but has a camp BBQ to use and a camp fridge large laundry, all in all great camp handy to Waihi Tauranga and the Kaimai's worked well as a base camp.
