after 5 or so years of loyal visits (putting up with room issues - been told we did have and then didnt ., cant get roomtype we want etc) When we checked out this year we were told to sign the list. Was 3rd on the list and told it was a priority list and my 2021 booking was safe. Was disappointed to receive an email saying thanks for coming but dont come again! I sent a reply and havent had the courtesy of a reply. I get you are a business but we are loyal and others of our group stay during the year too. Not the way to treat return guests i wouldnt have thought

Over the last 4 years our group of 12 have stayed here for the summer concert weekend, we had all enjoyed our weekend away here , great rooms , wonderful pool , close to town , upon check in we asked to book our room for following year and were told sorry you need to go on a list , (what the heck ), anyway got an email a week later saying sorry we are fully booked , we all felt like we had been kicked to the curb , So much for looking after your regulars , wont be even thinking about ever booking here again

Suncourt were incredibly helpful when our other accommodation failed miserably and left us in the lurch. Suncourt went out of their way to accommodate us, offered a discount and the facilities & service were second to none. We will definitely stay there in the future.

Room was spacious and nicely furbished. possibly could have done with some 'tumbler' glasses but we were very pleased with it. Lovely outlook to the lake over the grass and one block back from the main road so very quiet

The Suncourt has views over the lake (if you get a front room) and in good weather, it's so beautiful to sit on the balcony watching the sunset. Our room was just about big enough for the three of us, was clean and nicely appointed with a small kitchen area, good size bathroom and balcony. The bistro in the hotel was handy too and we had a lovely early evening meal there from their "Early Bird Special" menu. It's a lovely spot to stay for relaxation or water sports.

Good morning Carole, Thank you for taking the time to leave a lovely review, I must agree, our view is amazing. Seeing the different colors that come through within the sunsets in front of us is brilliant. We hope to see you again in the future. Kind regards, Chloe
