I stayed Christmas 2020. We were a group of four families staying in tents. We booked 12 months in advance when there was a minimum of 5 night stay only then it changed to 6 nights. Then they decided if we wanted to be together there would also be a $5.00 per night per booking to be all together. We had all committed at this stage and had paid up front way before the time we were going so we had no options but to pay up. The prices we paid were over the top for tenting and very expensive for families having to stay 6 nights. Just to top it off my sister decided to stay on boxing day and was able to just pay for two nights? We did have a good time so I decided to rebook for the Ironman which was cancelled due to covid. No way will they give you a refund when through no fault of your own your event is cancelled. They wont even answer my emails. I recommend not to book even though its a great place for kids but way overpriced and not worth the hassles.

We stayed at this place for two nights with our little one.It was amazing and so clean. They have everything conveniently located at the resort. You have nice warm pool, bar and outdoor cinema, which played kids movie during the day. We had a great time. Thank you.

Hey look - I know non-paying guests coming in and using the facilities warrants some response in terms of a ‘guest pass’. But for my wife and I to take our 2 Year old for a swim it cost $76! (Plus 2% CC surcharge). Yep the pool is fantastic, but that is seriously an unjustified and ridiculous price. If I hadn’t have hauled an excited toddler out of the car already it would be have been a no from me. We were there for two hours max and just couldn’t believe it. Not only that, but we weren’t even allowed to park on the property (were told to park on the grass out the front - which has no vehicle access so be prepared to drive over the curb and along a footpath). Consider having a “pool only” option. Having to create a profile in your system just to use a bloody pool for a couple of hours just makes no sense. $76 would have got us into the AC baths, ice-creams all round, and enough Indian takeaway for the whole family. Added a star for the lovely lady at the front counter. She was polite, fun and great with the other kids that came in.

Customer service were difficult to deal with over email (insisting on a $1000 bond in addition to the deposit already paid?!) they ended up saying they got mixed up or something once o enquired later on, but it was pretty frustrating. Aside from that it was great, sites were good, facilities good, pool was nice too! And the customer service once we were at the park was great. Kids loved it. I think the park was fully booked but there was never an issue finding a toilet or shower! Thanks!
