We were a family of 5 with 3 children. Executive on Fenton is a pleasant hotel to stay at 🙂 we were greeted by a lovely receptionist, and the room was immaculate 👍 the beds are 👌 and the service exceptional. Thanks executive on Fenton for the enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back 👍👍👍
We enjoyed being central to everything we needed, however, The room smelt a little musty so the door and/or windows needed to stay open. It was cold (even with doors and windows closed) so the heater needed to be run whilst we were there. The wifi connection was very poor. Apart from that and the neighbours fighting after midnight, we enjoyed the stay. The bed was very comfy and the spa was lovely too.
We had four fantastic nights at the Executive on Fenton. Room was modern and very clean. Bed was very large and comfy. Room was warm and cosy despite not having a heat pump. The spa bath was a treat and a real highlight for us! We would happily stay again.
Going to start with the positives - the friendly dog. Besides the dog, there is not a lot good about this motel. While the units are spacious, they are unfortunately dark, dated, poorly equipped. Cleaning was very poor, the room was dusty, there were stain on carpets, bathroom was grimy and I really didn’t think the pillows had been cleaned or at least aired. Internet was slow and variable. Sky tv was limited and you couldn’t get sky movies. This exhausted Executive needs a major overall, including the attitude of the owner/manager. Pick somewhere else to stay.
