Not a bad motel only a few minutes drive from downtown area and in a very quite area. It’s very outdated and old design makes it look dirtier than it is, but if your only staying for a few nights then it’s really good value for money. If you want something more modern with everything liking first class then expect to pay more, I would happily stay in motel again even though room had a few issues.

we have stayed here twice just for the mineral tub bath in your room...your own little court yard with pool connected to the bore, heaven! Im disturbed to hear the hotel has lost its connection to the bore! No more soaking in your own private mineral spa pool! Can this be confirmed?

Motel in a quiet area. Very good value for money. It was rather dated but offered everything you could want. Rooms have their own private sulphur hot tub which was fun and different. Easy walking to nearby restaurant.

We stayed here for one night over the Easter school holidays (family of five). Rotorua was very busy but they had vacancy. The staff were friendly but very casual, reception area was dark, dated and smelt smokey. I was already dreading seeing the room. Room was dark, musty and very dated and unloved although on the plus side was clean. The ‘private spa pool’ was the size of a small paddling pool and took 45mins to fill up...but once it was full was pleasant to soak in. The property has so much potential but seems so unloved and was very expensive for what it was. Would not go back or recommend. Sorry.

Very friendly staff who try to accomodate as best they can. The motel is a little dated but the room was spacious and clean. Close to downtown either by car, bus,or walking 2.5km) Strong free wifi and decent tv
