Well it calls itself "The place to stay" and its claim to fame is that they speak German there, which was the only clue to the gigantic German-esque Sideboard that was in my room !!.The furnishings were old and tired. the Shower felt like it had been imported from a caravan it was so small.The room was surprisingly large, there was a double and a single room and enough crockery/cutlery as well as a table and chairs for 4 people.There were alledgedly a hot pool, mineral pool and a heated swimming pool, but I didn't use them. the Location was great as it's 300m to the city centre and the Rotorua Museum and Blue Baths. But I would chose somewhere else next time.-----------------------------
