We stayed two nights at the motel. We have stayed here previously and always found the room clean and comfortable. We own an electric car and we were able to charge it there free of charge as well ,which is another bonus.the motel is secure and very well run

We have stayed in the executive area before and it still has the high standard. The linen is exceptional, the fittings and furniture lovely the whole experience perfect for a nice get away in Rotorua. It is a shame that the restaurant and Bar is closed as we would have loved to have stayed at the resort to dine. The pool also was not heated as it was last time we where there and was too cold to swim. over all a great stay highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. If you are looking for a: - clean place - decent size room and bathroom - good quality of bedding - close to central - Good staff This is where to be. Overall a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely considering it again.

10/10 highly recommend - booked a studio room & it was very spacious and clean . The kitchen area had everything we needed if we wanted to make our own food and the spa bath was great. We also had to check in quite late and the reception left our key out for us with a map to show us how to get to our room. Heated outdoor pool , tennis court , mini golf & BBQ area outside . We will definitely be back again 🧡

This is a solid place to stay in Rotorua…not the fanciest place, but clean and a good value. However, it wasn’t the hotel itself that inspired me to write a review…instead, it was Tim at reception. He was so helpful and kind when our flight was suddenly and unexpectedly canceled. He helped us quickly figure out how to completely change our plans. With no rental cars or Ubers available, he found a taxi driver who was willing to drive us all the way to Hamilton (90 minutes away) to fly out from there. Tim helped make an annoying situation so much easier for us.

Check-in was fast. The reception team were friendly and welcoming. We had 3 Superior Suites. They were immaculate and well laid out with good sound proofing. The spa was huge and the shower was equally large. Great facilities including a warm pool, mini golf and a gym. Plenty of car parking and a 5 min drive or an easy 30 min walk to the centre. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed with the resort in December 2022 during our Honeymoon. It was an excellent stay with all the amenities. The Spa inside the room is an add on and adds so much value to the room. The property is also huge with all the facilities. Highly recommended. Little more effort on housekeeping would take property beyond 5 star, however excellent stay and loved the location!

The facilities at the hotel are great, including the nice large heated pool. We stayed in a luxury apartment and although the layout was great and the decor was modern and high end, the beds and couch were rock hard. Unfortunately this would put us off staying here again. It was impossible to be comfortable.

We stayed in a Superior Suite at Regal Palms and couldn’t have been happier. The king size bed was comfortable. The room, though a studio, is huge. It has a fully equipped kitchen with 2 burner induction hob, European size refrigerator, kitchen sink, toaster, microwave and a fully equipped kitchen (minus an oven). There’s a desk, two chairs and the king bed and kitchen and still plenty of room to move around. The tv is at least 50” I’m guessing. There’s a separate closet area with a dresser and plenty of hanging space. Then you come to the huge bathroom. It’s a wet room with huge spa that fits two adults reclined and a separate area with rainfall shower head. The toilet is in a separate area. We didn’t use the pool or other recreational areas but there were plenty on offer from ping pong to tennis and mini golf.…

Fabulous place to stay as either couple or family! Our studio room was very clean, had all facilities one requires, a spacious, incredibly comfortable bed with beautiful quality bed linen & towels. We loved the re-fillable deep spa bath in the bathroom too! The house keeping was also great, high attention to detail in ensuring we had everything we needed with replenished toiletries etc. We will definitely be back to stay!
