I spent two nights here after Easter weekend. When I checked in I didn't get info on where everything was, so I barely new how to locate the room I was staying in, nor did I know where to have my breakfast the next morning or where the pool was. I did manage to find my way to the dining area the next morning, I was the only one there for the first part. The manager was there to take my order, I had the omelette which was delicious and he even offered to get me toast which I thought was going the extra mile, since I could have done it myself. The hotel is definitely showing it's age these days. My room was small though it did fit two beds (a queen and a single), good for a solo person but would think 3 people would be a squeeze. There where holes in the ceiling in 3 places as if they've needed to get up there, so cut through and placed the cut piece back over the hole. The fan in bathroom didn't work either so the room was super fogged up and soaking wet. The worst part was I could hear everything from the rooms next door, including they're toilet stops at all hours of the day/night... I was situated on the ground floor. There was also a ranch slider which could not be opened as they had locked it and the key was no where to be found. Would have been nice to be able to have that open. The hotel is in desperate need of repair &/or renovated to some degree. Unless it was renovated I don't think I would stay here again unfortunately.

We were lucky to get a room for three at very late notice - great price of $130!!! Very friendly receptionist who explained everything on arrival. Room was a little dated although tidy. Receptionist informed that renovations had not been possible since the pandemic. Aircon was ok, but could have been a little cooler due to the heat inside and out. Decent sized outdoor pool - although it was as hot as a spa pool. Not sure why there wasn’t any cold water in the pool..... Parking right outside room which was handy. Would stay here again but only for an overnight stay

We stayed two nights with kids and overall we loved our stay and thought it was great value for money ($150 per night). The hotel is not right in the centre of town but it is only a couple of minutes drive which suited us fine as it was easy to park in the centre. The room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff at reception were friendly. The kids and us loved the pool and spas, great temperature and the pools were clean. Some of the tiles around the pool need replacing but I understand that this may not be a priority during difficult covid times. My only suggestion would be to include some seating and shade within the gated pool area for parents who are supervising children or people who may like to sun bathe. There is a lovely seating area just outside the gated pool area but not ideal if you need to be close to children in the pool or if you prefer some sun. Great stay and we would stay again.
