The owner of these apartments were most helpful to us during a time of crisis and uncertainty. This is appreciated and will be remembered.

We were south when foreigners were asked to return to their home countries by New Zealand. We wanted to book a hotel close to Auckland to arrange to fly out of New Zealand (it was very difficult to get tickets with flights being cancelled and flight availability being very scarce). We explained our dilemma and concern to several hotels and motels in Auckland, but despite several having availability, they said they did not want new guests.

Kings On Peace assisted us. The apartment in Kings On Peace was very spacious and had a good kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer. The apartment had a private patio and hot tub (although we didn't use it). Ideal for couples or families. We were given a very good rate due to the circumstances of so many foreigners being trapped for an uncertain amount of time and without regular facilities (such as hotels or rental cars).

We will always remember this one woman's kindness during this challenging time in New Zealand.

We stayed here over the long weekend with extended family (along with rooms at the sister motel Sport of Kings next door where facilities are shared). The room was spacious and modern with a very stylish design; totally self-contained with washing machine and dryer. There is a big TV with all the sky channels (not just the normal 5 or so at motels). Comfy beds and good pillows so had a great sleep. My favourite aspect was the spa on the private deck and the big hot pool at the sister motel next door; very blissful and children very happy and after the hot pool they also slept well. Was cosy on the one rainy day we had and the hot pools enhanced what was otherwise a relaxed day in our lovely apartment watching movies. Our host Tristen was so responsive and helpful with good suggestions for activities and restaurants. Some people are made for hospitality and Tristen is definitely in the right business. Lots of privacy but super helpful and friendly when needed. Would highly recommend this motel and must say not so dissappointed that our weekend in Melbourne was cancelled due to COVID - felt like we had much more fun with canopy zipline, luge, good food and wine and company.

This is one of the best motels we have stayed at in New Zealand
Very new , very well laid out units with nothing to want for.
Staff and owner were all very helpful and friendly .
Safe off street parking in a quiet street and no.noise all all.
Great spa to relax in after a day out and a really good size fridge and well appointed kitchen.
Very modern and well thought out unit .
We will be back !

When you book a motel, expect a motel. This is not in a scenic area and do not expect any quaint surrounding or nice view from the window. You have to draw your blinds all day with other cars park right in front of the windows and people walking by. If you accept this, then this place is perfect. Everything you need in the middle of a long road trip is in the unit which is extremely spcious. Even has a half bath in the separate bedroom. Can easily fit four adults. Huge shower with fantastic water pressure. In the unit laundry is a major god send convenience. A good quality spa tub in the enclosed patio.

After a long and rainy drive from Auckland we were so happy to arrive at this great apartment. It was really well appointed and well equipped, with nice decor and we felt super-safe as we stayed here during the cyclone. The apartments are located on a quiet residential street just a short drive from the town centre. It was particularly useful to have a washer and dryer for anyone living out of their suitcase as we were during our 3 week trip to New Zealand. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights in a superior 1 bedroom apartment. The rooms (bedroom and living room with kitchen) were very clean and exceptionally well equipped (washing machine, dryer, separate second toilet, fully equipped kitchen) and we did also enjoy the hot tub on the veranda. Parking in front of the apartment. Good location to drive into and out of Rotorua. Very friendly manager and staff. No doubt we would stay here again.

We stayed in the 1 Bedroom Apartment with a spa & BBQ for 4 nights and the accommodation was beautiful and comfortable as well as very clean. The manager Tristen and staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. We arrived very late due to flight delays and they kept in contact with us as well as helping with arrangements for after hours arrival. We had some business needs to attend to and the staff helped with our needs on request. It was nice to cook meals and wash clothes during our stay and we felt like we were at home. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Aussie Stihl travellers

Had a wonderful 3 nights stay with our two children. Everything was thought of and the hosts are lovely and helpful. Use of the big heated pool and individual apartment spa made the cold evenings warm. We will be back

Literally, our new favourite in Rotorua. We travel to Rotorua a lot for get aways. This, is a go to. Everything you need, full kitchen (fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, stove oven rare lol), outdoor area and lounge, washing machine, massive bathroom and a spa bath tops it off. Like an air bnb, but better Love love love!!

We travelled here in February and it was a nice hidden gem. The reception lady was amazing showed us around and made sure we had what we needed. We stayed with our almost 8 month old son so it was a nice set up with kitchen etc. They even have porter cots available if required. We had our own but very handy. The outdoor 2 person spa was fun to splash around in with our son he had a ball. We would head back and stay again in future.

It was nice and modern not run down at all. Loved it.
