A sizable motel that have multi-rooms choices for friends. We stayed in two bedroom apartment for 4 people. It is actually can stay up to 5 people as there is a single bed in living room. Hot spa and swimming pool available outdoor with warm water which is very common in Rotorua. Kitchen is well equipped. 15-20 walk from I-site. 5 mins walk from countdown. A very general motel to stay with reasonable price.

The unit we stayed in for one night was comfortable, clean and warm. There was a strong smell in the unit of sulfur, which is usual for Rotorua.
The unit could probably do with an upgrade, but would recommend it to any future travellers wishing to stay there.

I have now visited this motel for the third time. Originally we chose it because it had a spa bath in the room. Now I notice that quite a few of the motels do the same so perhaps if we come again we will branch out.
We were a group of 3 females, myself, my sister and a friend. The apartment was big enough but not large. In order to get the spa bath we had to have a one bedroom and not a two bedroom apartment. This meant that my sister and I had to share and our friend had to sleep in the living room. The bathroom was en suite so not ideal.
The décor is good and the breakfasts are substantial. We had proper kitchen facilities and did eat in on the first night.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a spa bath. Nothing beats a soak with a bottle of champagne.

Can’t thank our host enough for our lovely stay. Amenities were good, loved the mineral pools which were well maintained. Great room with a nice view of mountain and user friendly spa which we made good use of. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff . Would definitely stay again :)

We stayed in a two bdrm suite which had spacious bedrooms but is in need of an upgrade. We paid $195 for the night so were expecting something better. Cupboard handles were coming off, chairs were old and stained and shower was so tiny could not turn around. Would not recommend for young children as there was also no bath and shower inappropriate. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but needs to be updated for the price charged.

Recommend this place 100% big spacey rooms, with a big bath / spa tub in the bathroom, comfy beds, great TV coverage (not sure why you'd need it in this town) thermal / mineral pools. Great cafe for breakfast and dinner, and all of this in a very convenient part of the city. Not to mention the free wireless internet as well.

Thanks heaps for the stay!

The hotel was full to bursting and we only just booked in before the No Vacancies sign was displayed. Nevertheless the service was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and welcoming and we had a quiet, relaxing stay and would happily return. Good coffee at the restaurant in the morning and enjoyed the dip in the mineral pools.

We booked in after a very bad experience in another motel. The welcome we received when we arrived was very friendly and we were invited to inspect the rooms. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had a much needed good nights sleep. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good facilities and amenities. Would recommend to others

Our stay almost got off to a very bad start when we arrived and the two-bedroom unit for two couples we had carefully ordered had been given away, and we were left with one double bedroom and the other bed separated from the kitchen by a curtain. Luckily they had two adjacent double one-bedroom units available which they gave to us a the same overall price for the booked unit. From then on things were great. Clean and pleasant with access to four mineral pools that are private to the motel. There is also a small swimming pool but it is nearly as hot as the hot pools, which was a shame at the height of summer. As Rotorua Motels go it is one of the less tacky ones and turned out to be good value.

My husband & I stopped the night in Rotorua (on our way to Auckland) and had with us our 5 year old son. The Motel was fully booked out (as were most places on the main strip were booked out & this was our 5th attempt to find on the spot accommodation)apart from 2 rooms and I choose the room with a 2 seater couch for our son to sleep on.

The lady who greeted us on reception was absolutely lovely and very accommodating to our needs, giving us sheets, blankets and a pillow to make our son up a bed on the 2 seater lounge.

I must say our bed was VERY comfortable - and that makes such a difference. Rooms were clean and tidy.

We very much enjoyed a soak in the private thermal pools on the property and our son enjoyed the outdoor heated pool - all were clean and well maintained.

Would definately stay at this motel again
