Hi Mike (&Mel) Thank you very much for your lovely review of your recent stay with us. I am so pleased to hear you rated us as a Fantastic B&B, I love hosting the many guests who came and stayed, it is my passion to make sure everyone had a great time while in Rotorua, the city with the mostest attractions and natural beauty and 18 lakes close by. It was a pleasure meeting you both, I enjoyed our conversation over breakfasts. Good to know I have a great sense of humour, will let my children know! Thanks for highly recommending us to our potential guests. Have a Happy 2022! Kind Regards Vivien

We stayed with Vivien for 3 nights in January to explore New Zealand and Rotorua. Due to the NZ lockdown in August we had to postpone our trip several times, but that was not a problem for Vivien. She always replied promptly to my emails and was very flexible. When finally arriving we were met by nice, spacious and clean rooms and the breakfast was simply delicious - Fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals, toasted breads, eggs +++ On one morning Vivien kindly made Canadian pancakes for our daughter's birthday (as this is her favourite breakfast), she even made her birthday cake for a reasonable cost! A very yummy carrot cake. Would love to stay longer and would definitely recommend staying her for everyone wanting to experience Rotorua.

Hi Marianne Thank you very much for your fantastic review of your stay with us. It was great to finally meet you and your family, so glad you were able to vist Rotorua and enjoyed the many activities that your children were looking forward to. It was an absolute pleasure to surprise your daughter Maja with the pancakes and 10th Birthday cake, hope it is as memorable of the 9 birthdays she had in Norway. Your 3 girls are delightful to host, glad they liked playing with my children's toys while you enjoyed some couple time with your husband. I wish you and your family a great few more months in New Zealand, your travel plan sounds good and certainly the best places to see while you are here. Hope no more lockdowns and you are free to travel. Take care with best wishes. Kind Regards Vivien

We stayed with Vivien for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. She has thorough knowledge about the area and made us feel very welcome. We got to skip the line at the redwoods tree walk which was an added bonus. While we were there my husband had his birthday and I mentioned it at breakfast, later in the day Vivien surprised him with a cake and birthday song. We will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone who would like a touch of home while they are away.

Hi Alicia Thank you very much for your kind words. It was a pleasure hosting you and Mark, I am glad you had a wonderful stay with us. We are fortunate to be located so close to the Redwoods Forest and all our guests have priority entry to the Treewalk with no added cost, saving at least an hour of queuing time when it is busy. I always like to spoil my guests on their birthday, so glad that Mark got to spend his birthday here. Thank you for the lovely bouquet of flowers plus sweets and chocolates, I certainly did not expect and you surprised me too. I look forward to welcoming you and your family to visit us again in the near future. All the best with your immigration application to live in NZ,the best country to live! Wishing you all the best for the New Year! Kind Regards Vivien
