This resort is amazing! The unit is like living in a one bedroom apartment. It was so clean, gave us everything we needed and we were given wonderful touring advice as well as being able to book our tours through reception. The location is the best! Surrounded by lovely little shops, heaps of eateries and beautiful islands and views. Everything was so clean and comfortable

We stayed in the top rooms which have been revamped- they were well renovated and extremely well cleaned- didn’t find a thing out of order or a spec of dust. Everything was in good order and it is close to town- easy enough to walk if you are fit. The pool was well kept and sufficiently warm so that we could swim during winter. Only downside was that we were not able to turn the spa pools up manually and they were a little cold for winter

We exchanged into this Resort through RCI and were in a very spacious 2 bedroom unit. The kitchen was very well equipped, the dining and lounge areas well furnished, the bedrooms spacious and very good bathrooms with excellent showers. There was also an outside balcony with outside seating.
All of the Resort is extremely well maintained with members lounge, outside pools and a very pleasant bush walk in the Resort grounds.
Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and happy.

To say I'm extremely satisfied is an understatement. Paihia is very walkable from the resort, the town and attractions are right down the hill or a short drive away which made everything very easy and convenient. The view and studio are stunning and comfortable, the amenities are lovely and easily accessible, but most of all the staff have been incredible. They have helped us book excursions, figure out tolls and road detours, pulled out maps to help us navigate, given us wonderful suggestions, and gotten us discounts on things we have wanted to do by booking through them. Janine, Margaret, and Jill have been nothing but amazing this entire time. 😍 I can't say enough great things about them.

The unit was clean and comfortable, it is a short walk into town and the beachfront. There are a few activities to do around the complex along with 6 spa pools out of which only 2 had any sort of bubbles.
Our unit had a window in the ceiling above the couch which allowed the cold to penetrate from the outside chilling anyone that sat there, there was no blind or covering of any sort, we informed reception and they were not interested in any suggestions that we put forward to ease the cold feeling from overhead .
We recommend taking bottled water with you when you stay at Club Paihia, the water made us both ill, and management was not interested in our concerns, it is highly unlikely that we will ever return.

We came here for our honeymoon. What an awesome location. Great facilities so close to town and really friendly staff. Make sure to tell them in booking if you have a car or not, because if you don’t it’s a massive hill to walk up everyday. They also do not to daily room service so make sure to bring enough toiletries and drink.

The setting of this resort amongst native trees makes this beach accommodation special, swimming pool, tennis court, kids play ground and spa pools all add to the experience. Bring only your clothes and food and stay for the week, enjoy the on site BBQ’s or dine in one of the many options in town or on the pier. So much to do in the Bay makes this an ideal staging point.

We spent 2 amazing weeks at this excellent resort. The spas , sauna, pools gym were great. The staff were so helpful provided guidance and advice on the trips available. We used the resort as a base and travelled through the beautiful Bay of
Islands and surrounding areas. Have had a wonderful holiday and will be back- thank you so much

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and our friends had a 1 bedroom. Both these apartments were spotless clean and tidy. The 2 bedroom was very large and a well thought out floor plan with a well equipped kitchen. The attention to detail, even having heated towel rails in the bathroom. The location was excellent only a short walk to town with a bit of a hill to climb to get back into the complex. We didn’t use the pool or spas but both looked very nice. We would stay again when in the area next time. Thanks Club Paihia for a enjoyable stay

The location was great being so close to town, only a couple of minutes walk. The hill was a bit of a climb. If you have a larger vehicle it can be a tight squeeze getting in and out of some parks. The first night we parked our ute nose in and were unable to get out until the car beside us moved. Afterwards we backed in to the car park and had no troubles. Some people parking on the sides of the driveways also made it a tight squeeze to get past without hitting their wing mirrors.
It was great that they had spas and BBQ's spread around so you didn't have to walk far to use them.
We were able to park our boat for the week and use their bait freezer and fish filleting area as we had wanted to come and explore the area with our boat for a while.
