Cannot say enough good stuff about this lovely find. Great location, really good communication once booked, Guido the very friendly lovely host sent us a map of where in town to park which is just around the back of his building.
The house, our room and bathroom were decorated to a very high spec and it was all very clean and comfortable including the breakfast kitchen where a continental breakfast was prepared for your taking plenty of coffee, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, cereals and toast etc which could then be eaten in a lovely sun room facing the sea.
I would highly recommend, I think it is a beautiful house/home and host 🙂

We had a lovely room (No 3) with a large separate bathroom. Although the room was compact there was enough to accommodate suitcases. It was very clean and the bed was comfy. There was a fan and tv provided. The bathroom was next door with a shower unit, toilet and large sink. The other side of the bedroom was a small shared kitchen catering for the other 2 rooms on this floor. The breakfast was continental and this was more than adequate. The host was very nice and helped us find places we wanted to visit. This property was great value for money, clean and conveniently situated.

From check in to check out, the host Guido could not have been more helpful. He manages the property in a very quiet, calm and unobtrusive manner. I had the place to myself as it was a Sunday night and found it so relaxing before a very busy day. The continental breakfast was beyond generous for one person and beautifully presented. The upstairs sun room is a lovely place to eat breakfast looking out over MarineParade to the sea. Definitely somewhere I would stay again.

We booked this quirky wee BnB last minute for our trip to the Sea Aquarium Penguin Encounter. It’s very comfortable and if you enjoy character and colour then you’ll love this. It’s immaculate throughout - the finish of the decor and cleanliness top notch. Great value for families and all travellers alike. Host was welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect for all Napier activities but finding a park out the front is a bit challenging but not off putting.

A great welcome provided by the host, Guido. The guesthouse was spotless and really comfortable and a good selection for breakfast, which you helped yourself to. The location close to the art deco centre of Napier was very comfortable and although close to the road it was very peaceful. During breakfast you could look out at the sea but no view from the bedroom.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The hosts were super helpful and really kind and caring. They were also very knowledgeable of the area and communication leading up to our stay and whilst we were there as well.

Facilities are clean, great sized room with a good bathroom. The sun room is beautiful and looks out onto the esplanade. The special details that were included in our stay made it is all for an enjoyable.

Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends and will be happy to go back.

Lovely old building with lots of wood features decorated in bright colours. Our bedroom was to the back. Interestingly decorated Rajasthani style with comfortable bed. Bathroom was beside to the outside of the room- very clean and lovely soft white towels. Breakfast was continental and ready to access in the kitchen from 8 am. Enclosed balcony to the front had lovely tiled tables, again nicely decorated in strong colours. Hosts very pleasant and helpful. Easy to walk to all sights of Napier.

I found this to be a pleasant Bed and Breakfast place in a great location on Marine Parade. The Turkish decor is very stylish and beautifully executed. I loved the new carpet and the small sun room at the front of the premises. The only downside was a room on the side of the house with absolutely no view. An adequate but somewhat uninspiring continental breakfast was available.

Fabulous place to stay - right on Marine Parade anda very quick walk into town, with lots of restaurants close by to choose from.
The house is beautiful, rooms are well equipped, warm and comfortable...everything is spotlessly clean.
The owner was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was generous and well presented..the homemade jams were a special treat.

Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Napier .

An understatement to say I throughly enjoyed my 2 day stay at Sea Breeze. Decorated bright, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Right on the sea front, but quiet and central to everything napier offers. Breakfast outstanding, enjoyed in a bright, sunny day room overlooking the ocean.
I very much appreciated my motorcycle being safely stored. In fact the owner couldn't do enough to ensure a comfortable stay. All at fabulous value.
