Can't wait to come back. 415 Marine Parade was outstanding, immaculate with attention to detail just fantastic. Tasty breakfast to set us up for the day with wonderful hospitality at the end of the day. Esther and Tom everything was just perfect for our 2 night stay with you - many thanks.
Immaculate, peaceful boutique B&B. Tom & Esther are the perfect hosts with so much knowledge of the region and wineries. What a location on Marine Parade, 100 meters from the Pacific ocean. 100 meters from the 200km of cycle trail around Hawke's Bay. An absolute experience to stay at 415.
Outstanding, comfortable, immaculate, stylish, boutique, luxury, relaxing - so many words that do not even come close to describing the amazing service and atmosphere that is 415 Marine Parade. Tom and Esther have captured the essence of a welcoming & homely B&B experience perfectly and have accentuated it with a pure professional and quality edge. This property goes well beyond expectation - you will not be disappointed.
We had a lovely and relaxing stay at 415 Marine Parade on a sunny summer weekend in the Hawkes Bay. This boutique is very recently renovated in a modern elegant style with many beautiful and high quality fittings and finishes. We had the Portland suite (first floor) with French doors onto the balcony and a lovely view of the sea - gorgeous linens & fabrics too ! Esther & Tom were generous and friendly hosts without being intrusive and their breakfasts were delicious and healthy. Accommodated our e-bikes as well ! Thank you .
Look no further than this gorgeous house on the seafront in a great location in Napier. We were delighted to come across this little gem of a place. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Hawkes bay from now on. Gorgeously decorated, squeaky clean, recently refurbished and so well looked after. Tom and Esther take so much pride in offering guests a warm welcome but not in any way overwhelming or intrusive. Breakfasts were gorgeous - a selection of continental-style with home-made poached fruits and a daily offering of baked goodness! Cooked breakfast also possible. Friendly chats around the breakfast table were delightful. Our room was perfect. Bed soft and cocooning. Linens were luxuriously perfect with robes and slippers should you wish. The balcony is perfect for a Hawkes bay sunrise or a sundowner after a successful day exploring Hawkes Bay. Its serviced daily - including a vacuum with a delightful little tipple for the end of the day. Air con was a must mid-summer. Bathroom straight out of a magazine! Magazines and inviting chairs scattered around make for the ideal place to relax should you wish (including the balcony looking over the sea). Plenty of amenities in the way of coffees, cold drinks and a little glass of wine available if inclined, throughout the day. Location - very close to all winery cycle paths, walking distance into the town centre and 50m from the seafront. Bike hire shop 700m walk up the road (though Tom and Esther do also have e-bikes to lend). Couldn't ask for any more! Thank you Tom and Esther for a great stay. We were delighted to have met you both.…
Headed to Hawkes Bay to ring in the 2022 New Year. A degustation meal with friends at the world famous " The Mission". What a way to compliment this event with a stay at 415. Recommended to us by good friends, our experience began at the front door greeted by Tom and Esther. Up to our rooms in a snazzy lift, all suites are immaculate with many extras to make the visitor welcome. Coffee, tea, fruit juices and freshly baked muffins, cakes appear from the kitchen throughout the day. We loved the bacon and cheese muffins and the Gin and Strawberry cake. Nothing is a problem to these seasoned hospitality providers. 415 is located on absolute beach front property with plenty of free parking. Close to Napier shopping and restaurants. Beds turned down at night plus a complimentary carafe of port and pillow chocolates. Perfect stay for 3 nights.…
After staying with Esther & Tom in April this year, we decided to book again for 2 nights on boxing day to break up our drive back to Wellington. Once again our expectations were exceeded, this time we stayed in a room upstairs with lovely sea view and outdoor balcony seating. You can tell that Esther & Tom are experienced in hospitality and have covered everything that is needed for an extremely comfortable stay - I wish we could have stayed longer! We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Hawkes Bay.
We were blown away by the quality of the accomodation and top notch hospitality at 415 Marine Parade. From the moment we arrived, Tom and Esther accommodated our every need and the whole experience is like staying at a refined boutique hotel of yesteryear including mingling with the hosts and other guests in a warm, relaxing country and garden type surroundings. Home made, locally sourced: hors d'oeuvres, baking, freshly cooked and continual breakfast + well appointed beer, wine, coffee, water and juices all laid on - we were very spoilt. We travel a lot and this venue represents tremendous value for money - Alex Polizzi herself would be impressed !! We will be back
Lovely hosts, beautiful and stylish villa with excellent facilities and attention to detail. The bedroom suites are very stylishly decorated and fully equipped including individual air conditioning. The breakfast is first class and you are made to feel welcome in every way. Thank you for your hospitality Esther and Tom and I will return.
From the greeting at the front door when you arrive to the gorgeous suite, to drinks at the end of the day, Tom & Esther may your stay in their B&B perfect. You were made to feel you were staying with friends. They are able to recommend where to go and what to see. The room was gorgeous, luxury ammenities and views overlooking the beach with a verandah. (pity the weather was a bit cool.) Breakfast each morning was plentiful, and the joining of guests over complimentary drinks in the lounge before everyone did their own thing for dinner was a lovely touch. Thoroughly recommend that you stay here if travelling to Napier.
