Thank you for the review and feedback. The motel rooms are under renovation, step-by-step. We apologise for the view, however, provided that we are a motel, the car parkings are in front of most rooms. We accept limited breakfast orders before the stipulated time, as mentioned in the compendium due to the size of the property. If we are unable to accept breakfast orders, we direct all our guests to the Drift Cafe which is nearest to the property and does a chargeback to your room. The rates you check online on third party websites may not always be true for that day, and lowest rate for the week is shown. The room rate we have charged you justify the high season time, the ongoing special event on those days and the type of accomodation provided to you. We apologise for any inconvenience and regret that you were unhappy with what was offered. We appreciate your time and business,

A nice place, has everything you need. Getting a bit dated, in need of a refurbishment. Good working area for the business traveler. Located in a nice area with a great selection of Cafes and restaurants in short walking distance.
