Got a very good reccomendation of the best fish and chips in Napier. Room was very clean. Would happily stay here again.
We were checked in quickly and found the rooms very tidy and clean but basic.
Sadly the ‘free’ WiFi didn’t work for our entire trip. Pleasant staff. Very comfy bed. However felt over priced.
Supermarket and other convenience shops are close by - 3 minute walk.
Unfortunately one draw back was the shortage of kitchenware - no frying pan. We had to purchase one at the supermarket. The reason is that the owners are very sensitive about cooking smells. In my view a reasonable warning should be sufficient. We used our purchased frying pan and left no smells.
The motel is adjacent to a busy road but I did not find the noise to be intrusive.
Very reasonable rates, recommended.
The unit was very comfortable, and at a good price. Whilst not in the CBD, it is just a few minutes drive away. We felt very much like guests rather than just another customer, and staying there was a very pleasant experience.
*Great central location. We used it as a base to visit Church Road and Mission Estate vineyards.
*Friendly service.
*Next to a small reserve, which is handy if you've got kids.
*Nothing flash so had everything we need at an affordable price.
"Wifi access was not the best in our unit but as we had data on our phones it wasn't a problem"Read full review
"As noted by other reviewers, rooms near the front get some traffic noise, but it's not a lot - I slept through it fine."Read full review
