I was given room 10, which was nice and quiet and very well presented. The bed was very comfortable, with nice clean crisp sheets. The bathroom was a wet room which was great, no having to climb into a shower. The hostess was friendly, the the stay was value for money. I'll definitely be staying there the next time I'm in Hamilton.

I stayed here with my partner for a few weeks while finding my feet in Hamilton having moved here from abroad to work at the hospital. Suzie was the most gracious host that anyone could ask for, the room was brilliant with all amenities and a very comfy bed. The management and all the staff are so approachable and really go the extra mile. Special mention also to the cleaning staff who are really lovely. 10/10

We needed somewhere close to the hospital at short notice so the location was excellent. An old fashioned room with a step into the shower but the beds were comfortable. Good, friendly service. Good fish and chip shop near by.

We had a very unpleasant experience. The dates we requested were not marked correctly. The manager was very rude and intrusive. She was also not very truthful in her interaction. We had to suddenly find another place
