Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Now it is being used as emergency housing. The families staying there are loud and rude. Heaps of kids running around everywhere. Police apparently have been called on multiple occasions. No respect for paying guests. Beware

This motel has been a choice for our family awhile now but since changing hands is not so great and looking tired The spa pool was and has been unavailable now apparently and you cannot use the pool after 6pm or before 10am.One of the pool gates is tied shut with cable ties The grounds are unkept and the family did not feel so welcome as previously. The internet cut out in our upstairs unit Otherwise units are clean and ideal just not missing usual kiwi welcome we are used to

We stayed in room 803...the room was clean I’ll give it that but extremely dated. The bed wasn’t one as I’d booked on booking.com but twin beds. The vast selection of pillows were all dreadful, lumpy foam chips. The sheets and towels were good. Time for a new interior. The site picture of a bedroom is a room that must’ve already been refreshed, not like the one I saw.

Relatively comfy & clean. Good sized room & good facilities. Could have had more free wifi & to give 2 hours notice for the spa wasnt good. Could be a little bit noisy at times & curtains didnt block out the sun that well

We stayed here last weekend for two nights with our grand-daughter while visiting her brothers, our grandsons. We found it very comfortable and well equipped. We could have done with serving spoons to serve the food we cooked. The beds were comfortable and warm. We were able to cook all we wanted shops near so we could have takeaways if we wanted. On a busy road but the noise muted. Fairly near the centre of town and easy access to most of the attractions. Had a pool which we will enjoy using in the summer and also a Spa Pool. Definitely a find-not expensive with good facilities & parking.

Asian girl greeted us and asked for payment. I said it was a fly buys nite. She said she would have to speak to her manager. Would have been nice to have met the owners. The room was dated. The shower particularly. Dangerous for elderly people. I slipped twice in the shower. Not very nice I can assure you. Wanted to speak to the Managers but when I rang bell upon returning key no one came to the counter. We stayed in Room 817. Not much chop. I am glad I did not pay for this nite. We were going to stay another night but decided against it due to not feeling comfortable.

Spent a night here with friends. Quiet and very clean. Reasonable value for money. Very busy road at peak hours of the day. Our bathroom had the toilet sort of squeezed into the corner which was a bit tricky plus no heater which was noticeable on a very cold morning.

Booked Boundary Court motel for myself my partner & my special needs daughter to attend the Sheryl Crow & Melissa Etheridge concert held at Claudlands events centre. The motel was within walking distance which was a bonus! Found the motel to be good value for money! Clean & tidy & the front desk greeting was welcoming & friendly. Would definitely stay there again as the location was handy to local shops restaurants & of course the Claudlands Events Centre.

There were 6 of us staying in 3 separate rooms. Previously we have stayed in motels along Motel Alley (Ulster Street) and found it pretty noisy. In the past we have found a lot of the accommodation "tired" and "dated". We were part of a sports team so didn't want to pay 100's of $ a night, but then didn't want "budget" either. The motel was 5 minutes drive to the sporting hall which was a definite attraction. As was the spa pool for the soak, after a day of sport. The units we stayed in had been renovated and were clean, nicely furnished and cosy. And quiet too. The walls aren't cardboard thin and we couldn't hear any neighbours. Kenny is a real pleasure to deal with too. This motel is definitely on our "return to" list. I didn't get a photo of the interior of the spa. It is situated inside a room, which is well ventilated with a door and window. So not open to the great outdoors - which is fine, especially in Winter. Thanks Kenny - we'll be back!!
