Great location, great staff and great place to stay. Planned on staying about and week and ended up staying a lot longer. Really enjoyed the area, the people and the atmosphere. Great place to chill and watch the world go by. Enjoyed my time immensely.

The location of this lodge is just perfect. It is situated a little bit outside of Gisborne. All you need to do is cross the road and you are at a perfect beach with superb waves. You can just grab a board at the lodge for free and enjoy the ocean. Nice owners.

If you're into surfing or just love peace at the beach this is the right place to stay. 10 minutes from Gisborne CBD but there is a shop with all you need just a minute up the road. Lovely owners who really take care.
