Booked them via Booking.com and couldn’t make the trip due to NZ lockdown. Booking.com said free cancellation and this hotel charged our card anyway and refused to give refund. They offered us to rebooking. Got Booking.com to refund us in full and when I asked them to cancel the rebooking, they ignored us pretending that they don’t hear us. I suspect they will wait and charge us in full for our rebooking. Arrogant property management team and just want to make money out of tourists. Do not recommend. Put shame on New Zealand.
Suberb appartment .the location is great.the concierge service is great also for its welcome. Easy for check in.ideal and secure parking. You’re going to walk town . The restaurant are nearby . I recommend this place for its location for its safety for its service and especially for its cleanliness.
Comfortable, clean, hospitable, generous. A great space, with great dockside action to watch. Liked how there was plenty of room in the shared space, making three bedrooms a comfortable accommodation for a larger group.
We love the convenience of the location, the concierge service - great touch for check-in and the Wi-fi. We didn’t like the withholding of the fact that we will be in a unit with broken balcony door which can’t be shut. Safety was a concern. Noise was terrible (baby slept through) we didn’t sleep for 4 nights it was bad all night till about 2-4am from Thursday to Sunday. And we were viciously attacked by mosquitoes because well the door was impossible to be shut. Absolutely disgusted that this was know to management prior to our arrival yet no one has notified us to offer cancellation or compensation. Mind you we would have canceled as we know the area well and the noise is really bad, our family was able to hear it all the way to back bedroom through door and pass living…
This is on the same wharf as the Hilton Hotel and centrally located for the CBD and harbor areas of Auckland. It is across the street from where our cruise ship disembarked so was very convenient. Alison was very friendly and let us check in a little early. Although the unit we had was only a peek-a-boo water view, it was a corner unit with an awesome, huge, wraparound deck that was probably bigger than the studio unit itself. The deck has comfortable chairs/loveseat/dining table/etc - so it was really nice to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. I think it was less than half the price of the Hilton and had a small kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. It worked very well for our three night stay and I’d recommend it, if you are staying in Auckland during a future trip.
