Detailed Reviews
This is on the same wharf as the Hilton Hotel and centrally located for the CBD and harbor areas of Auckland. It is across the street from where our cruise ship disembarked so was very convenient. Alison was very friendly and let us check in a little early.
Although the unit we had was only a peek-a-boo water view, it was a corner unit with an awesome, huge, wraparound deck that was probably bigger than the studio unit itself. The deck has comfortable chairs/loveseat/dining table/etc - so it was really nice to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. I think it was less than half the price of the Hilton and had a small kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. It worked very well for our three night stay and I’d recommend it, if you are staying in Auckland during a future trip.

Stayed in ocean view two-bedroom for five nights. Loved the clean unit, which almost made me not want to go out and travel around. The staff were very kind and professional. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are all very handy.

We stayed here for two nights, we had events in the Viaduct area to attend to. The room had the best view, it was a very nice room, the hosts were very responsive and communcative. The bed was amazing but the view was the reason why we stayed here. So close to amenities and very nice area to stay in.

Booked them via Booking.com and couldn’t make the trip due to NZ lockdown. Booking.com said free cancellation and this hotel charged our card anyway and refused to give refund. They offered us to rebooking. Got Booking.com to refund us in full and when I asked them to cancel the rebooking, they ignored us pretending that they don’t hear us. I suspect they will wait and charge us in full for our rebooking. Arrogant property management team and just want to make money out of tourists. Do not recommend. Put shame on New Zealand.

My Husband and I stayed in Shed 24 Apartment 11 first floor last week. It was a fabulous apartment, very clean and everything one needs.
Being first floor we felt like we were almost on the water. A knife balcony not big but big enough for a table and chairs and a fab spot to sit and watch the boats go past.
The owners Alison and Graeme were out of town and we were greeted by a very friendly man, Bob. He was so nice and told us everything we needed to know.
This location is THE BEST, it is the second time we have stayed here the first was in shed 23. We used Uber all the time when we didn’t walk to places. Uber is so good and this particular apartment in shed 24 was right opposite the Hilton entrance so when ordering Uber’s we used that as a reference which was very handy and they came right to our door.
We highly recommend this apartment their correspondence is excellent and accurate.
We will definitely be returning. THANKYOU to our hosts.

Stayed in great one-bedroom apartment overlooking harbour and Bridge. Quiet end of wharf opposite Hilton Hotel. Good parking in building. Short walk to downtown facilities and restaurants Apartment was very well furnished and enough kitchen supplies (glasses/plates etc) to entertain friends. Would highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartments. All the team were very helpful, especially after the long flight from the USA. Thanks especially to Alison!
Fantastic location on the waterfront and fabulous views of downtown Auckland. Just a minutes walk to a vast array of eateries both on Prince’s and Viaduct Wharf. Everything one needs in the apartment. A great alternative to staying in an hotel. As always, it passes the litmus test that we would certainly stay there again ( no hesitation).
Do note: Being in such a central location, it can be noisy at night. Not, we found from the surrounding apartments, but from all the party goers on the streets. Also, as a general point, the center of the city is one huge building site at the moment and driving is quite an adventure!

Great location, handy to ferry, commercial bay shopping centre and the viaduct. Only a short walk from Spark Arena and Queen Street.
Stunning views of the harbour and perfect location to view the light show at night on the Auckland Harbour Bridge. Lovely hosts and great service. Will be back again. Definitely recommend to families.

We booked this some months ago in anticipation of the Americas cup. With the Covid delays we ended up arriving the day after Auckland went into level one. Nothing could prepare us for the gorgeousness of this apartment and the view was simply incredible. We have worked really hard all summer and had splashed out on a big break and nothing, and I mean nothing disappointed. Graham could not have been more helpful and the views from our apartment were Simply the Best. We were able to invite our friends around to watch the races and enjoy easy walks to and from the viaduct. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night which was a very simple process and much appreciated. We will definitely come and stay next time we are in Auckland. This is the place to be. Comfortable bed, excellent kitchen facilities
Thank you

Great accommodation, great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room overlooked the marina so we enjoyed watching the America's cup boats coming and going. Plenty of eating and drinking establishments within easy walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I'm not sure - ours was a 2 bedroom corner unit. Some units face an outdoor promenade that is about 100 feet from the water. If you're up high enough, you should get a water view regardless. But best to check with the property managers. I found they answered all my questions within 24 hours of asking.
Hi, secure covered parking is available at NZD25.00 per day/night. Access is available 24 hours.
Thank you
Kind Regards
Alison
