Great location, but thats about all. Its cheap and thats the only positive. Cheap hotels can be clean. This place needed a damn good clean and lots of tired and tatty furniture needed replacing..................

These bites began to cause irritation on my last day, which is when I also returned to Australia (obviously leaving no time to see you in the office or otherwise). As a busy, working traveller I think it is ridiculous for you to dismiss my complaint because it was 3 days later, that is unfortunately when I had time to contact you. I find your response to be very unprofessional and disappointing. I was never contacted by your hotel to discuss the matter and will continue to advise other travellers of your horrific room conditions and that you are infested with bed bugs (just like a recent review advises from another guest). I have photos as proof, with date stamps taken during my time staying at your hotel. A little bit of customer service would have gone a long way in this matter, a call to apologise and advise of your action plan to help make sure this doesn't happen to future guests would have been great, but instead you are denying the condition of your hotel and what happened.
