Despite the great location, this place needs maintenance and a tidy up. The tap in the bathroom was hanging off and the sink had several cracks. Although the bed was clean and comfortable, there was a hideous ancient desk parked right the bed making access difficult. There was

I'm pretty much writing the same as most other recent reviews. Firstly, I recommend the owners of these apartments close up business and do a complete renovation. After a while I feel you may have to. You aren't getting many good reviews of late. My experience was mixed but I

Our room was NOTHING like the photos on the website. The bathroom cabinet was falling apart, there was hair on the ceiling (!) and the paint above the shower was peeling off. Bathroom overall was filthy. Furniture was very cheap and very tired. Curtains falling off the rail and

The man at reception was so lovely and helpful on check in and I’ll admit the location is good. Especially if you want to be close to Spark Arena or Britomart. However the room was dirty and run down. Shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, stains on the wall. I

What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport on a Sunday night please
There is a bus from the airport to downtown Auckland. If you do not have much luggage, you can probably walk to the hotel from the stop on Queens St. near Victoria St. (I think that is the street). It is a bit uphill. It is very close to Queens St. so a taxi from there seems unnecessary. There is Uber in Auckland if you are connected to it. That is the cheapest taxi option in my experience.

You can either buy 24 hour parking for $20 or as it is a Saturday afternoon and Sunday you might be able to get free or low cost street parking.

I'm so sorry, I honestly can't remember, but if it's important I can see if I still have the invoice.

These bites began to cause irritation on my last day, which is when I also returned to Australia (obviously leaving no time to see you in the office or otherwise). As a busy, working traveller I think it is ridiculous for you to dismiss my complaint because it was 3 days later, that is unfortunately when I had time to contact you. I find your response to be very unprofessional and disappointing. I was never contacted by your hotel to discuss the matter and will continue to advise other travellers of your horrific room conditions and that you are infested with bed bugs (just like a recent review advises from another guest). I have photos as proof, with date stamps taken during my time staying at your hotel. A little bit of customer service would have gone a long way in this matter, a call to apologise and advise of your action plan to help make sure this doesn't happen to future guests would have been great, but instead you are denying the condition of your hotel and what happened.

Hi I don't arrive till about 11.30pm will I still be able to check in?
I'd agree with the other replies - the staff who run the office are very friendly and helpful but I would definitely contact them in advance and not just rely on turning up and using the intercom that late. Although the area is safe I would not want to be stuck outside late at night trying to arrange to get in!
