Great hotel in the centre of Auckland. The room was very warm and modern. The room was extremely clean and sharp looking. The staff were very friendly and go above and beyond to look after us. The General Manager Desmond is extremely helpful and makes sure that our anniversary stay is a memorable one.I will definitely be staying here again!

Central location, short walk to Queen Street. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were friendly. Easy to find from the motorway and having parking was great. Unfortunately we were only one floor up and the view was of the construction site across the road. The only downside was a horrible smell in the corridor leading to our room but this did ease as the night went on.

Really enjoy staying here. Rooms are well equiped and staff are very friendly and helpful. Also a great location, 200 meters to K’road and all the dining and bars you could ask for. Prices very reasonable and room offered a great view of the city.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is my go to! The location is perfect to get on the motorway, its walkable to the CBD. The staff are beyond helpful, the beds are incredible and the pool and spa were so relaxing!!

I stayed at the Park-side hotel with my four year old. The room was in a immaculate condition and the service was very friendly. The staff was very knowledgeable and happy to assist with our needs. Definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Auckland.

Simply loved our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious (which is so rare in the city center) and clean. Bath tub was a plus and our wee lil one enjoyed his baths. The hotel staff were very professional and polite. Special thanks to Desmond (G.M.), who was very thoughtful and helpful which made our stay extraordinary. On top of that, the location of the place is spot on. Right in the heart of city center, so wandering around the city was easy as. All in all we had an amazing overall experience. Would definitely stay there whenever we are in Auckland.
