Lovely comfortable apartment. Strange that the oven/cooktop is unable to be used due to health and safety reasons nut we didnt nwed ot anyway. Very quiet except for the airconditioning which was noisy. Would stay there again. Excellent location

we always like a little more freedom than just a couple of hotel rooms.

Large apartment in the harbour area and close to the city centre. The block of apartments is mostly residents so its very quiet and well maintained. We had a large two bedrrom apartment which had plenty of storage space. A nice private seating outside area is also included. Along with a secure car parking space. Also a very reasonable price that is not "gouging" for the RWC. Well worth a stay here.

The locality is great but we were mightily disappointed. A lot depends on luck of the draw, I imagine but do not accept apartment 1L. Just under $300 for a studio. The place is tired and needs work. No bedside lamps, broken curtain rail, air conditioning doesn’t work, although pics show stove and oven (they are disconnected but they have pots and pans - no microwave bowls, though), the bed is a fold out, the shower is tired (yuch), there was no coffee maker and the integration kit on the fridge door is broken. I left feeing angry and ripped off.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 6 months in rent, we paid every week respecting the house contract at the end of the six months they wanted to be clever without giving us back the deposit because they thought we were far away and no longer in New Zealand, since June 2023 to date it took months to get our money back thanks to a person who lives in Auckland and helped us get it back, they never answered our calls again, emails disappeared into thin air not respecting the house contract. I advise anyone dealing with them to get the deposit immediately before leaving New Zealand. Disrespectful people and scammers.

This place was awesome to stay at. Welcomed with a bottle of bubbly. The deck was amazing watching the boats and view of the harbour bridge. Rooms were tidy and warm. Nespresso machine and cereals for breakfast. Definitely be back.

Ayant séjourné presqu'une semaine dans un de ces appartements, je peux confirmer que ce fut une réussite totale. L'appartement disposait de tout le confort nécessaire et de tous les ustensiles afin d'être indépendant. De plus à la réception, le personnel était très coopératif. J'ai pu ainsi imprimer mes cartes d'embarquement avec l'aide d'une des secrétaires. La vue était très correcte dans cet appartement. La propreté était complète dans l'ensemble.

We stayed here in March 2015 for 3 nights. Great and spacious one bedroom apartment. Accommodation was fitted with everything we needed and the apartment had a wonderful view over the water to Auckland bridge. It was a fantastic place to stay, the kids had room to play and we were close to all that Auckland has to offer. Right opposite the Hilton hotel . Great value and the bottle of fizz in the fridge was a lovely welcome and enjoyed greatly. We will be back !
