Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Near the water, the port, the citycenter. Nice, modern building, there are a lot of big plants in the gardens. Parking places are there under the building. From our balcony we could see the water. The kitchen of the apartment is well equipped. There are watching and drying machines in the bathroom.

We booked via a booking agent. Their email said check in was between 1400 hrs and 00.00 hrs. We arrived at 19.00 hrs and saw that reception was closed. The office is open Monday to Friday until 17.00 hrs. We were outside the apartments with our luggage and unable to get inside! Fortunately a resident took pity on us and showed us where the key safe was located. We didn’t have the code to access it so we had to ring the emergency number to get it. Once we were inside, the apartment was found to be clean, well decorated and well equipped, with dishwasher, cooker and hob, washer and dryer. The downside was no aircon, and the apartment was very warm. We had to open doors and windows but this meant we could hear the noise from the road outside. There were a lot of rowdy, noisy passers by and a lot of traffic noise from early morning. It was very convenient for the restaurants on Viaduct Harbour.

We stayed for 8 days in this fresh modern apartment. We booked a one bedroom apartment however we were upgraded to two. This gave us extra space even though we did not use the room. We were advised our apartment was the only one with Air Conditioning which we needed as very warm in evening. It was clean, tastefully decorated and good location. On the down side there is no internet unless you pay. Thought this petty considering we stayed at several other places who gave free WiFi. In this day and age you expect it should be included. Bedroom fronted street where a street light illuminated the bedroom at night however block out curtains were quite good.

Absolut brilliant location and apartment complex. Obviously location of the apartment in the building itself plays a big role - we were 2nd floor (2k) and it was fabulous. Even saw the Skytower. Communication was great beforehand, parking easy, everything in the apartment superb (kitchen, TV, beds). The perfect stay in Aukland, away from the CBC noise and hectic with all the construction and yet super central. Great restaurants around - would come back every time again.

We booked in to Latitude 37 quite blindly, but were hoping it would be good. It exceeded our highest expectations in every way possible. We arrived in Auckland on a ship, and were able to easily walk to Latitude 37, towing our bags. The friendly young man at reception informed us we had been upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom, two bathroom, apartment. Wow, but even then it again exceeded our expectations. You could easily live there permanently. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. We wanted for nothing. The location was brilliant. The harbour is alive with restaurants and entertainment in abundance, and the yachts and boats in the surrounds are magnificent to look at. The shipping and ferry terminals are a just a short walk away, as is the city centre. I would recommend Latitude 37 to everybody, though I would suggest an internal courtyard apartment would be a lot quieter than the external apartments - - they might absorb some noise from the busy nightlife not too far away. We heard nothing from our courtyard apartment. Also, the car parking underneath was secure and roomy enough.

This is the best accommodation you will find in Auckland to rent on holiday. Sophisticated and the location is perfect. Under ground parking in allocated space. All well planned and explained to gain entry if you arrive weekend or after hours. Will definitely return. Thank you for your input MD.

I was luckily upgraded to a loft room and it was absolutely beautiful! The facilities here a clean and modern. It’s quiet and great for a good night sleep. The apartment location is a couple minutes walk to the Viaduct which is full of lively bars and restaurants. Easy access to the Hop On Hop Off bus and you can walk to Queen Street in about 10 minutes. I would recommend Latitude 37 to anyone travelling to Auckland and I look forward to staying there again!

Horrible, our private balcony was actually a 2ft ledge that overlooked a multi level car park. No a/c or fans, if you wanted air you had to put up with noise from drunken yobbos all hours. Kitchen cupboards were chipped, exploded and damaged hinges. Main cupboard in lounge was broken off its hinges and leaning against the shelves, shower was in a bath tub with not even a soap holder, toilet didn’t flush well and took ages to refill, not a serviced apartment, no where to hang more than one towel, towel rail was ripped from the wall, bed was a roll into the centre model. Other than mon-fri office hours there is no management on site and issues fell on death ears.

We stayed one week in February for a family Holiday. It was comfortable and there was plenty of Room for 7 ppl. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was included secure parking. We had a nice view and we were close to the harbour. This is not a hotel so you are very much left to yourself. Which is not a bad thing but we didn’t get any servicing and we didn’t receive any fresh towels or sheets for our 6 day visit. We also run out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. The hotel had no aircon but each room had a Dyson fan. It was mild weather when we stayed but I would imagine it could get hot on hotter days. The bathroom upstairs didn’t have a shower screen so the whole bathroom floor would get wet and there was no drain near the sink so water would pool there. A drain needs to be put in there or atleast a squeegee to get the water out. Overall it was a comfortable stay and I would stay again.

The apartment we had was really nice and also well located close to the waterfront. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had a few issues with service. As we ran out of garbage bags and coffee during our stay, we were told that we had to buy our own because we were only allowed one room service during our entire stay. They were also trying to force us to accept a visit of a potentiel client that was interested of buying the appartment. We had to go see them twice before we were able to make them cancel the visit as we had a lot of work. Also the internet they provided was really expensive and really slow.
